  1. Two thoughts. First, I would have greatly preferred using the original scene in the Shining which The Simpsons were parodying.

Second, i am very upset at OR… for not helping me raise more money! Shame on her! Or him! Or it!

  2. Btw, I have created a page that is sort of a central repository for the Kimberlin Saga, here.

Expect it to change without any announcements.

  4. All together now.

Seriously, whether really a (sick sad) person, or some party-line of repugnant persons pretending to be a drawn character I have no idea. But if the latter it is based on a miserable abused depressive.

  5. I almost linked the Shining scene but it seemed a little cliched.

  18. It’s nice to know law enforcement is doing all it can to solve and prosecute the crimes in this fiasco before these crazed monsters get someone killed.

  19. Anyone know when OR started tweeting under that name?

  20. Well, here’s that scene in the shining.

And just think, to make that scene, someone had to type “all work and no play makes jack a dull boy.” I mean, they didn’t even have cut and paste back then. Indeed it couldn’t have just been a xerox. Someone actually had to type it out.

  22. I don’t know how long the OR account has existed (and I do not read it unless someone directs me there), but I recall the author claiming to be paid for this activity.

Talk about a soul sucking job. I’d rather be the guy typing that page for a movie scene.

    Comment by Dustin (73fead) — 7/12/2012 @ 9:13 pm

  23. Dustin, judging from the screenshot, the soul has been thoroughly and completely sucked.

    Comment by Dana (292dcf) — 7/12/2012 @ 9:19 pm

  24. Well, I had assumed the author of that account (or possibly even “authors”) is paid for it. I can even guess who the money is coming from. The role of the account seems to be internet “barker” for Breitbart Unmasked and rouser of rabble from the Occupy and Anonymous communities into assisting that effort.

  27. Its hard not to feel pity for the dreadful bitterness of spirit and impotent clawing and spitting. But the getting paid thing helps.

  31. NY Post, today, on Weiner’s plans to run for NYC Mayor in 2013 or 2017.

This is great news! I can already hear Anthony W’s campaign theme song in me head:

“I sent that girl some pictures of my weiner,
    ’cause that is what I wanted her to see-ee-ee;
So if you want to see a lot more Weiner,
Please go down to the polls and vote for ME!”
