Dr. Henry Lee: The Mini-Series

Sounds like a real barn burner to me. It will no doubt inspire several other future defendents to hire Dr. Lee in order to give their cases much needed credibility.

Years ago, I attended a presentation by Hank Goldberg, of the OJ prosecution team, where he discussed his cross examination of Dr. Lee in the case. Mr. Goldberg was convinced, and convincing, that he’d shown Dr. Lee to be quite incompetent in his direct testimony. One of the more astonishing was where Goldberg showed that a bloody footprint on a walkway at the scene that Lee identified was in fact a footprint cast into the concrete.
But all the jury retained was the vague, irrelevant “something not right” comment by Lee about the collected swaps.

PatHMV (0e077d) — 8/3/2007 @ 3:21 pmI missed it too, Pat, but evidently people like Geragos, F. Lee Bailey et al were in class that day.
