Good News For Kennedy Fans
[posted by Justin Levine]
No, not the gasbag in Washington. I’m talking about MTV’s great Republican hope.
She’s returning to radio in a regular weekend gig. 3-5PM (PST) every Sunday in Los Angeles.
You can catch it streaming through the station’s website.

She’s a republican?
I am, litterally, shocked…

She has a strong libertarian streak.
“What is the Republican Party Reptile? It is neoconservatism with its pants down around its ankles”
–P.J. O’Rourke
Her ankle features a tattoo related to the band “Rocket from the Crypt.”

I agree Scott. When I found out she was libertarianish, I was shocked as well. She wears the ‘I want you to think I’m smarter than I am’ glasses which is more typical of the liberal or feminist woman. But she’s actually quite intelligent.

Sorry for being off-topic, but I must break this terrible news: Linda “Conflict of Interest” Greenhouse has taken a buyout from the New York Times.
Try to contain your grief.

I checked out the KFI site. I don’t see any announcement or a change in the Sunday line up. When is this change to Kennedy supposed to happen?

She’s cute as a button and occasionally very funny, as she was as hostess of the Game Show Network’s Friend or Foe. But she, like P.J. O’Rourke, exist in a greater universe of rampant, unapologetic liberal activism; P.J. is the red-headed stepchild at Rolling Stone, which lately is to the left of Mother Jones; Kennedy is The One Who Admitted She Is Not a Liberal at MTV (but nonetheless once upstaged Bob Dole by suggestively licking a microphone).
When the rubber hits the road, I won’t be shocked if she drifts to the center — she strikes me as one of those people who doesn’t want to be “that kind of Republican.”

PCD –
It’s happening this Sunday. No announcement on the KFI website yet. It’s a Patterico.com exclusive!
