Cold and clear, with lows approaching 1 degree.
I’m not saying fahrenheit or celsius so I can leave a little wiggle room.

Dusty (dd1df5) — 1/3/2008 @ 3:15 pmI remember reading about how Pat Buchanan and Lamar Alexander shocked the GOP Establishment by how well they did in the Iowa Caucus, in 1996. With three percentage points more, Pat would have won it… According to George Will, this would likely have caused Bob Dole to drop out of the presidential race. Alan Keyes took 8 percent in that contest, which could have impacted things.
With Congressman Tom Tancredo (R-CO) out, it would be great if Congressman Ron Paul (R-TX) took first or second place in today’s key vote.
On the Democrat side, I hope that Hillary falls… A third-place finish would be great. But not as good as a fourth-place finish.
(I know that some Republicans want to face her in the General Election, but I think that that is way too risky…)
Aakash (397e44) — 1/3/2008 @ 4:32 pmI predict that we will not hear the word ethanol again until the next time the politicians feel the need to grovel to the children of the corn.
JD (bad43f) — 1/3/2008 @ 4:36 pmHow would it be great? The man’s a sympathizer with or at least a willing beneficiary of White Supremacists and other racists. Including, possibly, with dinner meetings set up by Pat Buchanan.
Christoph (92b8f7) — 1/3/2008 @ 4:50 pmPrediction – Freaky heehawing little Malachai’s will not dominate the news cycle after tomorrow.
