  1. Napolitano: “It’s as porous as it’s ever been.”

    There, fixed that for her.

Nice contrast between the confident & smiling Brewer & Palin — and the befuddled Napolitano & inept Holder.

  2. Want to get even with LA city council for boycotting AZ over a state law they don’t like? Here’s what I’m doing: I’m informing all my out of town friends and relatives to stay out of Los Angeles the entire time they are here. Eat in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Torrance, any one of a dozen cities with top restaurants, especially the always PC West Hollywood (home to at least a third of the best eating in the LA area). There is no reason to enter the city limits for anything.

  3. Howard, I don’t know why you are just discovering that staying away from LA is better for your health. I had to give a speech in LA a couple of days after the Rodney King riots and I had a 9mm automatic in the center console of my car. I wouldn’t mind being arrested after I shot the carjacker.

I used to go there for teaching at USC but I have even given that up. The life expectancy in LA is about 55 years and I’m 72. Do the math.

  4. Getting even with the boycott will come when the electricity contracts come up for renewal.

  5. Two weeks ago I extended my upcoming Las Vegas trip this summer. After Vegas we will be driving on to Phoenix for two nights at a Pointe Hilton resort — the rates are fantastic in August (frankly, because the weather is 102 in the shade!)

We plan to spend as much money as we can in the state. That includes filling up the gas tank upon crossing the border into AZ and again at the border just before we leave … as well as scheduling meals.

On our return trip we will be staying in Orange County, and will not spend a penny in the city of Los Angeles. And when I visit family and friends in San Francisco, I won’t spend a penny in THAT sanctuary city either.

  6. Since Palin is supporting John McCain in the primary, I find her sudden interest in securing the border a bit dubious.

  8. I would sign the petition but it demands my email without any promise that it will not be sold to RINO’s.

In a totally meaningless, futile gesture I will do my best to boycott St. Paul until mayor Chris Coleman (mr. boycott AZ) is gone. Minnesota has long learned that illegal aliens have no money to confiscate so they oppose any effort to prosecute them for any crimes because there is no money in it. I kid you not. Judge Nord just released a illegal alien to be deported with strong evidence of criminal sexual conduct in the 1st degree with a seven year old girl. He is now free to sneak back into the country. He will be welcome in San Francisco or LA.

I don’t think she had any choice, due to loyalty. If not for McCain, she wouldn’t have the national mouthpiece she enjoys presently. I also don’t care for her too – cute – by – half attempt at hijacking the Tea Party movement. They should welcome her support, but keep her at arm’s length for the near and far future. If they’re looking at her in order to raise more money, then that’s a dead end.
