Updating this post regarding vandalism at the Denver Democratic Party headquarters, one of the alleged vandals identified as Maurice Schwenkler is apparently also known as Ariel Attack, a Denver-based transgender anarchist and member of the Denver Anarchist Black Cross.

Well, I thought this would go better in the “Problem-Solving for Bears” thread, since I think bears are smarter than the State Department, but maybe a “lunatics are running the asylum thread is just as good.

Apparently the State Department has decided that it is unhappy with Hondurans abiding by their own Constitution.

If you really think that, then this kind of twisted stunt starts to make sense. I get it when anti-abortion folks bomb clinics (it’s a bad strategy, but I understand why they would see it justified), but socialized health care? Give me a break.
