Ding?
Someone’s going to be looking for a new news layout job.
Ag80 (b2c81f) — 10/15/2012 @ 8:04 pmThat cover is so racist. And quite funny.
JD (43ce10) — 10/15/2012 @ 8:15 pmWhy is Newsweek blaming women? Do they have a war against women? Honestly, this cover doesn’t offend me as much as the 2009 cover “WE’RE ALL SOCIALISTS NOW”. I haven’t seen a Newsweek since that hasn’t reminded me of that cover!
JoyO (cd556d) — 10/15/2012 @ 8:35 pmAlso, that’s not a very attractive or appealing photo of Barack on that cover.
elissa (05a102) — 10/15/2012 @ 8:39 pmTruth in advertising
Icy (183ba7) — 10/15/2012 @ 8:45 pmAt least it didn’t say “American woman’s biggest mistake.”
Kevin M (bf8ad7) — 10/15/2012 @ 8:48 pmAnother Obama cabinet official violates the Hatch Act, earlier HHS secretary formally found in violation – no consequences for her crime. Obama administration continues its lawless behavior.
SPQR (768505) — 10/15/2012 @ 9:02 pmThe fact that it’s been three weeks, since Eli Lake’s greatest reporting, and not word one,
narciso (ee31f1) — 10/15/2012 @ 9:14 pmNow that we see all the usual suspects put out articles that say, “hey, Romney can win”, you know that the rats are deserting the Obama ship.
The political analysts that are putting out these pieces – see the latest from Mark Helperin – are putting them out not to hedge their bets. They are putting them out to cover their asses when the huge blowout election results come in overnight Nov 6th.
They smell huge blowout and they don’t want to be a laughing stock on Nov 7th.
SPQR (768505) — 10/15/2012 @ 10:08 pmOT: Funny line about LA Times at Legal Insurrection.
“Unlike the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times doesn’t have a motto. But if it did, this would work: All the news that’s fit to print for people who don’t know any better, reported by those who don’t want you to.”
Kevin M (bf8ad7) — 10/16/2012 @ 8:34 amHow about: Dreck and Deception, Concocted by Self-Aggrandizing Cynical Environmentalists, and Spoon-Fed to the Unemployed at the Unconscionable Expense of Tens of Thousands of Trees Daily
ropelight (ae008d) — 10/16/2012 @ 9:02 amGreetings:
Let the media’s bet-hedging begin !!!
11B40 (7631c5) — 10/16/2012 @ 9:08 amI assume people aren’t stupid or careless, even though I know we all are sometimes. I think that’s especially true of something like a magazine cover, where many sets of eyes look at it before it is published. As a result, I assume this wasn’t a mistake but part of Newsweek’s new neutrality (or schizophrenic) approach to this election.
DRJ (a83b8b) — 10/16/2012 @ 10:10 amMaybe after the outrage hits the nightly news it will be revealed that one of GWB’s daughters, or maybe good ol’ standby Bristol Palin was recently hired at Newsweek.
