Breitbart Promises New Bombshell from “Left Field”

Filed under: General — Patterico @ 1:55 pm

Andrew Breitbart, a driving force behind the recent revelations of ACORN’s utter lawlessness, is promising a “blockbuster” from “left field” next week. Speculation is rampant: what will it be?

Keep reading and it may just become obvious.

Let’s start with Ace, who notes:

Breitbart did seem to have it mind to nail the media from the outset; this September 7th column tipped his hand, but no one I know of picked up on his hints.

He warned the media. They ignored the warning.

Ace is right: in Breitbart’s column, he said:

When the next big scandal hits – and it will, and it most certainly won’t come from traditional journalism – all eyes will be on “Pinch” Sulzberger to see if he does his job.

With hindsight, it’s obvious that Breitbart was foreshadowing the release of the ACORN tapes. He even specifically mentioned ACORN in his column, as one of two stories that showed how the media was covering for Obama.

So, let’s see. He identified ACORN as one of the two big stories, and then he dropped a bomb on ACORN. Now he’s hinting that there’s another bomb coming.

See what I’m getting at here?

If you’re trying to figure out what the next big shoe to drop might be, I suggest that you consider re-reading his column to see what he identified as the second story that demonstrates the media’s complicity with the Democrat party. Namely, the NEA:

Another story not making the evening news is that of artist Patrick Courrielche, who has shown that the National Endowment of the Arts is seeking to use government funds to promote Obama administration initiatives. On Sunday’s “This Week,” George Will pierced the mainstream media veil.

“Recently there was a conference call arranged by the National Endowment for the Arts, with a representative of the White House, for potential grantees or actual grantees of the federal government, getting subsidies – the theme of it was how the arts community could advance the president’s agenda. Now I don’t know how many laws that breaks, but I am sure there are some.”

What are you waiting for, Katie Couric?

If I were a betting man, I’d be betting big that the upcoming bombshell will relate to the NEA. You read it here first.

But I think Breitbart’s overarching target is even bigger than that: the national media as a whole. Just as the media was caught flatfooted by the ACORN scandal, so too will they be rocked back on their heels by the next bombshell.

Kudos to Andrew Breitbart. He’s making it fun to be a conservative again.

  1. Ain’t got a clue of Patterico is right about the NEA, but he’s right that Brietbart has made it fun and captivated anyone who actually cares about the news.

He has lived up to his promises. All I know is there’s a blockbuster story coming that isn’t about ACORN. As the Washington Post loses $1.10 an issue to tell us very little about the world, the real journalists are getting the people informed. Now that CNN and others are on the defensive from FNC accusing them of not covering huge stories, perhaps this next scandal will get into everyone’s face quickly. Was that part of Breitbart’s plan? To get the media back to doing their job?

  2. I don’t think spilling the beans on NEA and illegal funding is going to get much interest, whether the legacy media missed it or not.
Not just a subject with wide popular appeal or even much familiarity.

  3. Breitbart is brilliantly controlling the media now by smartly pacing himself and his releases so that the public has time to see the incredible time lag and lack of attention given to the issues by the MSM.

Either they are so embedded, or with such a myopic view (including self-grandeur), that they still don’t seem to *get it*. Regardless, it’s highly entertaining to see them scramble and pull out the desperate stops (racism): see Bob Herbert’s Op-Ed today NYT.

I’m not convinced it’s NEA this time, I read rumblings somewhere about SEIU, their ties to ACORN, and more importantly, their monetary push to get Obama in office which exceeded 16 million…. I wonder if Breitbart is cleverly using this *teaching moment* to show these groups’ nefarious operations as a public service connect-the-dots

    Dana (863a65)

  4. Richard, on the surface, ACORN in this story was basically just free H&R Block for poor folks. Sounds really boring.

It’s hard to guess that such an organization would manage to have a nationwide willingness to assist and enhance efforts to turn 13 year old smuggled in slaves into sex workers.

Good grief I am so sad for our country that our president is a member of such a scam. Skull and Bones was a groaner, but at least they were just dorky rich kids and not associate rapists.

the NEA has power over our kids. I doubt it’s another sex slave scandal, but there are a lot of things a criminal can do, impacting our kids, that will make an explosive story.

    Juan (bd4b30)

  5. It depends on what the story is as to whether people will be interested in an NEA story. What if a well known Obama team member got millions from NEA ? The legacy media is in a holding pattern hoping Obama bails them out as a national “treasure” too big to fail.

The lefty lies are so extreme, like no single payer in the health reform plan, that they are amusing. Obama will double down this weekend, then he will get angry when nobody is buying. He never worked in a retail store. Or anyplace, come to think of it.

    Mike K (2cf494)

  6. This weekend, how many liberal crooks are busy shredding documents, calling branch managers, trying to cover tracks, all in paranoid fear they will be next?

Probably very few, since they don’t watch FNC or read modern journalism.

    Juan (bd4b30)

  7. All I know is next week is supposed to be a big climate change propaganda week and the little president man is stepping all over it as he struggles and struggles in overtime to ruin health care in our little country. The dirty little socialist needs to pick a message. What a mess.

  9. Well, Juan, that certainly is the greatest irony in this whole ACORN matter: no warnings given by the first office hit to Ms. Lewis, nor to other satellite offices. These people, through their own arrogant ignorance, shot themselves in the foot and allowed themselves to be clueless sitting ducks.

    Dana (863a65)

  10. In Clear and Present Danger, Jack Ryan tells the president to admit a closer relationship, a more superficially damaging relationship, than the press allege to some drug dude. In this way, there’s nothing left to insinuate, learn, or report.

I never really understood that. Clearly Breitbart and Giles and O’Keefe understood. He gave stories that, at first glance, appeared easy to dismiss, and CNN was all too happy to present ACORN’s spin over and over. How did CNN get fooled? Well… they are fools. I assume you all have seen Wolf on Jeopardy by now?

    Juan (bd4b30)

  11. I’d be betting big that the upcoming bombshell will relate to the NEA.

However, our society has become so desensitized to trashy behavior and screwed-up people through the years (eg, the electorate did select Barack Goddamn-America Obama to the presidency, for crissakes!), that bombshells have to be pretty damn big to get the public to look up and take notice, much less get resentful.

Moreover, various forms of corruption tend to be tolerated in Banana-Republic nations (eg, Mexico or Brazil, much less Venezuela), and the US, sad to say, is becoming more and more like a Banana Republic as each decade goes by. After all, we really still do live in the age of meaning-of-is-is Bill-Clintonism and his sniper-fire, current Secretary-of-State wife.

  13. I’m not convinced it’s NEA this time, I read rumblings somewhere about SEIU, their ties to ACORN

Me too, Dana. The MSM had also buried the fact that the former founder of Acorn just picked up his bags and went across the street to SEIU – so what if his brother was caught embezzling millions of dollars as a board member? No linkage here, obviously, and he knew the MSM would say nary a peep about it.

I think the reason why Breitbart will have an endless supply of targets in the future is the reality of so much corruption in our gov’t that’s become a way of life at this point.

    Dmac (a93b13)

  20. I don’t think the media was caught flat-footed. I think they are deliberately ignoring the story.

Elsewhere in that Sept 77 article, Breitbart refers to the fact that the media did zero investigation of Obama during the Dem primaries and Presidential campaign in 2008.

Even the most junior investigative reporter could have made a road trip to Chicago and uncovered enough dirt to build a career on. Looking for corruption? Split a piece of wood, and it is there. Lift up a rock, and you will find it.

But they were too busy sending their people to Juneau and Wasilla to sift through the trash dumpsters, hoping to find fresh Palin scandals.

They weren’t caught flat footed. They are ignoring the story because it will lead to Obama, and they know it.

  23. #4. above says that ACORN was “a free H &R Block for poor people”. But I remember in one of the tapes, they told Hannah that although the cost of tax advise was normally $150 they were only going to charge her $50. $150 for that little bit of tax advice is a huge charge. My tax guy does it for free– even for non customers. I wonder if the ACORN workers were charging whatever and pocketing the cash. I’ll bet there is nationwide shredding this weekend!!!

    Annie (b1d4e4)

  24. I would hope that more can be done to connect the dots. Obama and the PGM (Palace Guard Media) are all about the cause of the economic mess being – large bonuses and salaries! Public memory is a fragile thing. Recessions come and go and are normal, but this was different. The financial market was hit by a rash of ‘toxic assets’, formerly known as ‘bad investments’, wrapped up and hidden in derivitives and tranches. Money froze up because of those, which were basically bad mortgages! In the nineties, the Democrats and the media went after the banks for not lending enough to the urban poor and called it redlining. ACORN cuts its teeth on intimidating such banks, and the government and media joined in. Banks lowered standards for mortgage acceptance, first for the urban poor, but as is always the case when standards are lowered, increasingly across the board.

So what did the ACORN sting videos show that was less attention getting than aiding and abetting child prostitution but should be getting attention? That ACORN would assist and advise people to lie to obtain mortgages they did not qualify for! When Barney Frank wanted to roll the dice some more, was it ACORN’s dice?

  26. The NEA is boring and no one will care, can’t be that if they are claiming “blockbuster”. NPR is pretty lame too.

I hope this is very big and rattles Obama way more than the Van Jones story.

I also don’t believe that ACORN would be defunded over a handful of videos, there must be way more there. I am hoping for a huge scandal involving Porkulus or international intrigue. I want a really game changing debacle that will derail the leftists before it is too late!

Come to think of it, they should sue each other for acronym piracy.

    John Hitchcock (3fd153)

  31. Patterico – I don’t think it matters a heck of a lot right now what the story turns out to be. Given the credibility of the bombs Breitbart just dropped, just the fact that he said another one is coming next week and is unrelated to ACORN has got to be making a lot of people nervous on the left and in the media as well. I’m sure that’s part of Breitbart’s plan and that he’s savoring it.

    daleyrocks (718861)

  32. It’s the Earned Income Tax Credit scam that needs investigation. Solicitation of phony tax returns is not “tax advice.” It’s aiding and abetting.

    desertmick (85011e)

  33. You could be right, funneling money to radicals from the NEA. I would love it. A guy in my (former) writers’ group got an NEA grant in 2004, and even though he was a total BushHilter guy, drunk on BDS, he ran to the bank and cashed his $40K check. They are such hypocrites!

I can’t wait for more attacks from Obama on the talk shows, and then a Breitbart shock and awe. Brilliant, Mr. B. Bloody brilliant.

    Patricia (c95a48)

  34. Breitbart said “left field”, obviously it has to do with baseball and the steroid scandal. The SEIU is using steroids to bulk up and then threaten people into voting for democrats. NEA and ACORN are the one’s supplying the stuff. Sounds crazy, but who would’ve thought ACORN and prostitution?

    JavelinaBomb (2fdfe6)

  35. Daley, while Breitbart might have some people looking over their shoulders, I’m afraid he will be held to a higher standard than the MSM as far as impact goes. It’s sad when you consider that NBC committed fraud to attack an automotive company, but Dateline is still on the air. CBS promoted fraud in 2004 in an effort to sink a Republican. They shuffled people around and kept on moving. If Breitbart fails to deliver big, he’ll have the full armada of the MSM, print and broadcast, leveling their guns at him and firing all at once. Frankly, I hope he delivers in spades. Institutions do need to have their cages rattled from time-to-time to prevent complacency.

    SomeOtherSteve (a01da5)

And, Patricia, you may not be as smart as you think you are. Just saying.

    Ag80 (592691)

  37. SOS – I agree Breitbart has to deliver, but the fact that he has delivered some “shock and awe” as Patricia put it above, should convince people that when he says he is going to deliver a “bombshell,” that he will have the media’s attention and that it will be big. I think the fact that people will be paying attention will be making the left and the media sweat during the upcoming week.

    daleyrocks (718861)

  38. You said it best, Patterico, he is certainly making it fun to be conservative again.

Just speculating on the big story that might be outed next week:

-NEA is an excellent guess and one I would bet on given what you presented.
    – More ACORN scandals perhaps. There is evidence on both sides of this. He did say more videos would come, but not specifically talking about ACORN.
    – Targeting media bias. Breitbart said he pitched the ACORN video to several networks other than Fox…and they didn’t budge. So maybe he went in with a hidden cam?

Who knows..but I’m super excited. I’m constantly going to Big Gov whenever I am on the internet. It’s exciting being on the right side of the scandals..and knowing the left is shaking in their boots right now. Breitbart is giving Obama the president gray.

    Dmac (a93b13)

  45. If the target is only the NEA, I’ll be a bit disappointed. Everybody who cares already knows that the NEA is a collection of navel-gazing Leftists. Exposing them as such would be akin to pointing out that EPA is full of eco-whackos.
Now if the NEA thing can be directly tied to Obama and his inner circle, and there are 100% verifiable records of the misdirection of Fed. funds to Obama campaign/propaganda purposes, then that would be great.
But I expect that the fingerprints probably stop long before they get to that level.
My fingers are crossed that he comes through with something big.

  50. I think Breitbart is operating in a target-rich environment, so it’s difficult to predict where he’ll hit next. Vast swaths of government and “public interest” groups exhibit a sort of casual corruption and lack of standards. In their operations (if not their official policy) they’ve internalized a lefty critique, and in any event have become incredibly sloppy in their day-to-day procedures.

I suspect you could turn over rocks all across the government–immigration, NEA, housing, welfare, environment, etc.

I wonder if this is related to the DNC or the far, far left –of progressive George Soros and Soros’s funding of Obama’s campaign, SIEU, ACORN, APOLLO, Center For American Progress etc etc etc

I ran across a NPR transcript with Soros who said that he spent 27 million trying to defeat Bush in the 2004 election. 27 million!

  58. What if it’s the other NEA, the Natl Education Assoc? That would be rich.

    ddiddly (59ebf9)

  59. Creepy as it is, the NEA thing is relatively small potatoes. My guess (and figurative wet-dream) is that the ACORN dots are indisputably connected to fiends such as Jerrold Nadler, Barney Frank, John Murtha, Maxine Waters and Precedent Jugears himself.

In the event, I’ll settle for Rahm Emanuel and/or David Axelrod going down cheaper than a $2.50 crack whore.

    J.J. Sefton (111c81)

  60. From “out of left field” doesn’t sound like a reference to the ideological spectrum to me. I’m going with the conventional “way off the subject at hand and a little wild on top of it.” And since the SEIU and NEA are obvious speculative subjects, I kind of think it’s not them.

The reference to Pinch Sulzberg and the NYT could just be as representative of the Media Guild . . . or maybe he’s got the NYT with its hand in the cookie jar somehow, and it’s a “blockbuster.” How about something bigger and more ridden with conflict-of-interest than those WashPo discussion salons with Administration officials that blew up a while ago?

    Sarge6 (a96213)

  61. Also could be Fannie and Freddie Mac. That was a terribly corrupt enterprise for a long time — probably still is, with Barney Frankfurter right in the middle with his lover.

But coming from left field, still think it’s got to be people who are easy to dupe, people who aren’t careful, and that is the young moronic activists in MoveOn. along with the hubris of George Sore-ass.

NEA too small — got to be something of an equal or bigger size as Acorn.

Think Big and Corrupt – Freddie and Fannie, MoveOn, and Acorn are the biggest names. Any others to think about, i.e., big and corrupt.

The legislator in question doesn’t have any alphabet behind his name while another example, similar but maybe not quite, there was an R behind that name. Hrmmmm.

Reading further, the ACORN-legislator did an attack on Republicans, so it was obvious which part of the alphabet was missing behind his name.

    John Hitchcock (3fd153)

  69. Maybe AB is going to blow the lid on this double-entendre three-peat.

header, sub-head, author lines at the top are all you need. Oh, there’s a story too. But don’t let the chilluns read it; they’ll get the giggles.

    John Hitchcock (3fd153)

  70. So, Brad, you think that’s a dry well or do you think AB should do some drilling there?

    Infidoll (10ef17)

  75. I am looking for clear evidence of a big betrayal of public trust with MSM apologetics, say the Fannie/Freddie/Barney/Christopher/Barach/ACORN melt down of the financial system through the sub-prime lending madness;
    Or,
an inside look at just what the “stimulus” package was supposed to stimulate
    Or,
nail ’em dead evidence about the hypocrisy of the Dems trying to trash anti-terrorism efforts of the Bush admin
    Or,
evidence that Joe Wilson (the Repub) was right, they knew it, and who was behind the knowingly fraudulent racism claims
    Or,

You know what is really incredible? Having to wonder what kind of news story will have traction when the President’s ties to domestic terrorists, support for L-wing dictators in Central America, selling out our European Allies, selling out our domestic energy companies, taking over most of the auto industry, and appointing Supreme court Justices who make outright racial-preferential statements, all seem to be mundane and unimportant.

It would be nice, whatever it is, if it includes the NYT up to the eyeballs in conspiratorial bias.

    We’ll have to see.

  76. I’m going to go with the Rahm Emanuel/Ari Emanuel connection. If you’re not familiar with the issue then check out Ari’s name in Google or Wiki. Big Hollywood meet Big Government, maybe? Just so happens to be the names of two of AB’s biggest sites.

    LC1 (7ed379)

  77. I think it would have to have national scope to be a true blockbuster. Paterson is just Noo Yawk, is already extremely unpopular and any new scandal with him would scarcely be a surprise.

    Brother Bradley J. Fikes, C.O.R. (ea1aef)

  78. I think it’s got to be much bigger than the ACORN thing. ACORN isn’t a government entity, it only gets a pretty small amount of funding; and I don’t think most people would even know what NEA is.

But I bet Breitbart has something connected to what Bachmann has been talking about with conspiracy with census-takers/voter registrations to target political opponents. I’m virtually certain the white house has some big enemies list it’s compiling based on the census and republican voter registration records.

    Brandon (e5a45e)

  79. I agree Brother Bradley (may I call you Brother?), but maybe there’s a Pinch/MSM connection.

  82. Having to wonder what kind of news story will have traction when the President’s…

Yea, I think the guy now in the Oval Office could be shown on video taking a bribe or extorting someone for a million bucks, and a lot of “leftys” would merely glance at their watch, whistle a tune and then say, “and other than THAT, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?”

That mentality is a major reason a lot of corruption is far more likely to take hold and flourish when liberals — in particular flaky, street-cred, ultra-liberals like the current president — are in charge.

    Mark (411533)

  83. Mark #84, there is much truth in what you write. But I keep thinking about HRC—what she must be thinking now. If the current occupant of the Oval Office doesn’t get his act together, then expect a challenge from HRC.

Because—though they will never, ever admit it to Republicans—you know many Democrats are thinking how much better of a job advancing left of center ideals she would have been.

And they would be right. So to speak.

    Eric Blair (416063)

  84. My guess is that it is not about NEA, but instead related to AB’s closign line: “We are judging them by the standard they taught us during Watergate: “The cover-up is worse than the crime.” “

    Jerm (d8282e)

  85. Whether Breitbart “makes it fun to be a conservative again” is utterly beside the point imho. He is breaking stories the media refuses to cover. I would be delighted to see a well-known and respected equal-opportunity offender out there.

    Gumlegs (9839fb)

  86. It will be a video of NYTimes’ reporters consulting with White House staff over how to frame news stories. That’s why all eyes will be on Sulzberger.

    Jeremy Abrams (cc6e9a)

  87. It’s sad when you consider that NBC committed fraud to attack an automotive company, but Dateline is still on the air. CBS promoted fraud in 2004 in an effort to sink a Republican.

They should have been forcibly shut down.

The First Amendment has never protected slander or fraud.

    Michael Ejercito (833607)

  88. So far all of his bombshells’ have been of the “gotcha” nature. So would there be any value to a “gotcha” on NEA?

I have to agree with one of the commenters that NEA is kinda boring to the rest of America (including me, to be truthful)

The trend to date has been goring sacred cows of the Left. I’m thinking something to do with another of the sacred cows, maybe the unions or trial lawyers?

  92. Could it have something to do with this story, “Did the Times Quash an ACORN Bombshell?” ?

    http://media.nationalreview.com/post/?q=YTY3M2UyMTczNjE5NzkwYTAyZDI1YmY4YjMyZWM2Y2U=

During her testimony, Ms. Heidelbaugh said Ms. Moncrief had told her The New York Times articles stopped when she revealed that the Obama presidential campaign had sent its maxed-out donor list to ACORN’s Washington, D.C. office.
Ms. Heidelbaugh then told the congressional panel:

“Upon learning this information and receiving the list of donors from the Obama campaign, Ms. Strom reported to Ms. Moncrief that her editors at The New York Times wanted her to kill the story because, and I quote, “it was a game changer.”’

There are several troubling elements to this story. As Ed Morrissey points out, the alleged collaboration between Obama’s campaign and ACORN would constitute a violation of federal law, which prohibits campaigns from colluding with outside groups during an election season.

    artchick (d43a09)

  93. Oh my God. I’ve got it. Andrew is going to release Obama’s college grades along with his SAT scores! Can you imagine what would happen if he did? What if he found out how BHO got into Harvard and who paid for his education? Now that’s a story! Next month it will be BHO’s REAL birth certificate!

  95. Breitbart “gets” what this war is about and how to fight it. Sadly he’s one of the few, but maybe he’s paving the way.

My sense is the blockbuster story is also about ACORN but more about its connection to Obama.

    rrpjr (559888)

  96. Nope, gang, I predict the bombshell will be tapes like those from the Acorn offices, this time showing MSM reporters, including name reporters from the NYT, expressing their disinterest in tracking down some scandal about the WH being shopped by an “informant” who is actually our budding pimp and ho from Acorn fame. If a NYT reporter is caught on tape saying s/he does not want to see evidence of WH corruption, say, because s/he does not want to create problems for the president, that would be hilarious.

    Moderate (2c9aed)

  97. NEA? Perhaps. I doubt it. The delicious part of it is that the corrupt are sweating it now, not knowing if the sword of truth is swinging their way. As the Bible says, “the guilty flee when none pursue.” I imagine that there are a lot of “progressives” out there who are in a high state of fear, anxiety, and loathing.

Who knows what will come of this? The rat always fears that the shadow that falls across him comes from a hungry eagle. Sometimes the rats are right.

  101. This is the most clever one I spotted, after reading all posts.
Comment by Audacity Targeting media bias. Breitbart said he pitched the ACORN video to several networks other than Fox…and they didn’t budge. So maybe he went in with a hidden cam?
But, I don’t think they would be “that stupid”, to have a face to face, for a hidden cam. But then, their ratings are in the crapper and the biased content continues. Now, that is very stupid. So, 50-50 is what I give it.
Not connected with ACORN. If that is true, what bubbles up in my devious mind are a few things. First would be the A.F.L.-C.I.O. After watching his speech to them a few days ago, I was dumbfounded. I had never before seen a President of the United States go this low, performing mutual verbal fellatio with the AFL-CIO, on national tv.  There should have been a WARNING to viewers prior to that disgusting exhibition. Where will this go from here ?
Could it be that there is a Bomb in that kind of relationship ? You betcha ….
The other one could be AARP and the 10’s of millions of their members being sold out by the CEO/Board of directors to Obamacare-ism, while pulling the plug on Medicare and Granny.
What I have learned here reading this story and all posts is. There is not a short list of candidates. That makes me worry. The corruption is so deep and widespread. Exposing these cockroaches will be a pleasure to observe. I prefer the “DRIP METHOD”, MAKE THEM SQUIRM to the point they start flipping, to save their ass.

    COMMENTMAN (bc8865)

  102. Maybe it’s because I’d love to see something on this topic but there seemed to be something incredibly hinky going on with the financing of Presidential Candidate Obama’s campaign. I had seen reports that as much as $60M might have come from illegal overseas sources. I wondered at the time if the main reason for Candidate Obama to duck public financing was because that triggers an automatic FEC audit, and if you’ve got your websites set up so as to facilitate contributions without onerous restrictions, you might want to avoid that. On the other hand, someone has those records….

    Susenn (f7ae5b)

  103. There are several good guesses in this thread as to the “Bombshell”

This actually might be a clue, or just a link to what is going to be presented.
The next scandal must have a huge NYT component, or why else would Breitbart throw out that challenge to Sulzberger “… all eyes will be on ‘Pinch’ Sulzberger to see if he does his job…”.

    Comment by AD – RtR/OS! — 9/19/2009 @ 4:04 pm

But in case you have forgotten Pinch has a new master from Mexico-Slim is how he is known. So anything Pinch does has to go through Slim first.

Personally I think if it really is a bombshell, as in my definition, which is large, really large, it is not any of the guesses (unless I missed one) on this thread. It is going to be Union related. How and what, I don’t know, but I hope it is. Unions are breaking the back of the U.S. economy and our trade with the rest of the world. But the Unions are super powerful and anything that would hurt them would have to be really big.

And I’m not sure how long the hurt would actually last.

  105. The reference to Sulzburger in the article makes me think that James & Hanna might have tape of them offering the scoop to the NYT/CNN/NBC/whoever and being turned down.

It probably isn’t that, but I could see a scenario like that being set up…

James: I have video showing ACORN employees in multiple cities offering aid and advice for the importation of underage girls for a prostitution busyiness.

    MSM: Not interested, go away.

  112. Great speculation posted here this weekend.

I think it is clear from Andrew’s previous comments that this new bombshell will be a two-part impact.

    First, there’s the expose itself.

Second, there’s the evidence that the NY Times had the story but chose to suppress.

Additionally, as it will be from left field, I think it likely doesn’t involve a currently hot topic but something new. Possibly something that was raised prior to the election but with zero follow up by the MSM?

Possibly it is actual evidence of links between Obama and the former founders of the Weather Underground?

    Spursbox (de4310)

But what’s NEXT after that? And after THAT? Gotta keep the ball rolling all the way to 2010 and 2012. This can’t be just a one or two-off approach. It has to be a continuous, systematic destruction of liberalism and the day-late media in this country. Breitbart’s off to a great start, but keeping it going, even with an abundance of targets will get more difficult.
