“You’re the President of America. When your plate gets too full, you get up and get a bigger plate, mister.”

– DRJ

Bonus VideoJon Stewart on Chicago 2016:

“That’s the pitch?” Stewart said after a clip of President Barack Obama’s speech Friday to the IOC. “‘Let’s have the Olympics in Chicago — that way I don’t have to drive’?”

It’s funny, including some over-the-top media response and “one of the best uses of a lake of any city we’ve seen.”

  1. Well, you know what they say:

“When the going gets tough, the tough get going.” Apparently in this case to Copenhagen.

Where the President’s head was presented to him on one of Stewart’s larger plates.

  2. I don’t like him cause he’s a prick. At one time he was merely a princox. Back then you might could have gotten me to click. Such is no longer in the realm of the possible.

  4. Greetings:

I used to have a boss who was fond of saying, “If you have too much work, work harder.”

In the Bronx, they say, “When the going gets tough, the tough get going, and the smart are already gone.”

  7. A Democrat President once had a sign in the oval office which read, “The Buck Stops Here.”

We now have a different sort of Democrat in the oval office, one who votes “present” when the time comes to make important decisions.

But that was then, and this is now.
