I’ve never cared for the prissy sanctimony and general sleaze of CNN, but in recent years (really ever since the Age of Trump) I’ve grown tired of Fox News as well. But in this case I absolutely think Fox is covering the more important story, and there is no doubt in my mind that had it been Trump or some other Republican in the Biden Family role that this would be their lead story. I note that Fox thinks the George Santos story is important enough that it still appears near the top of the page, but you have to scroll down to near the bottom of the CNN page to find this:

Our elitist, out-of-touch, incurious big media continues to fail us in most every way conceivable.
