The House of Representatives passed the final version of the GOP’s tax overhaul bill today by a vote of 227-203, with no Democrats supporting it and 12 Republicans voting against it.

There was a little commotion during the House floor debate when inflatable movie screen protesters shouted, “Kill the bill, don’t kill us!” and “You’re fired! You’re fired!” Another protester shouted at Paul Ryan, “you’re lying!,” after he said:

Today we are giving the people of this country their money back. This is their money, after all.

Phil Kerpen also notes that it’s unsurprising that “every House Democrat voted to keep a tax break for sexual harassment and abuse hush money payments.”

The bill now heads to the Senate for approval.
