Keeping Up with Hillary’s Lies
[guest post by JVW]
With the news cycle of the last 48 hours being largely devoted to all things Brexit, two fresh improprieties from the Once and Future Inevitable Next President of the United States, Hillary! Rodham Clinton, have largely flown under the radar. Here’s a recap:
The Wall Street Journal reported late yesterday morning (Pacific Time) that Mrs./Senator/Secretary Clinton failed to hand over a key email message she sent to top aide Huma Abedin in 2010 regarding Abedin’s suggestion that they get government email accounts. Clinton’s reply to the suggestion: “Let’s get separate address or device but I don’t want any risk of the personal being accessible.” This message was discovered in the collection of emails that Abedin provided the State Department last year, but again, was not included among the 55,000 submitted by Her Clintonic Majesty, which calls into question her sworn statement from last August that she had submitted all correspondence from her home server to the State Department. The article also reminds us that we are still missing all email messages from her first two months at the State Department. Naturally, her mealy-mouthed vassals are in full spin mode: “This email shows that, contrary to the allegations of some, Secretary Clinton was not seeking to avoid any use of government email. As indicated in this email, she was open to using a state.gov account but she simply wanted her personal emails to remain private, as anyone would want.”
The second interesting development was also reported yesterday afternoon as the rest of us were digesting the U.K. referendum. It turns out that Secretary Clinton’s State Department calendar managed to omit “at least 75” private appointments she had with campaign contributors and Clinton Foundation donors during her tenure at Foggy Bottom. Stephen Braun of the Associated Press investigated the Secretary’s calendar and cross-checked it against calendars maintained by her aides and other State Department to uncover the discrepancy. The AP had been forced to go to court to obtain these records from the State Department. Though Braun points out that no known laws were broken by the calendar omissions, he adroitly ties it in with the email exchange between Clinton and Abedin to paint a picture of a Secretary of State who prized secrecy and rebuffed efforts at transparency. Again, the Clinton flacks brazenly lie in service of the Queen Bee, insisting that she has made heroic efforts to be super transparent, and that expectations that her calendar might actually list the names of people with whom she has met are unreasonable and unfair.
Never has any party nominated a more dishonest and unethical candidate for President.

kishnevi (b4162e) — 6/26/2016 @ 6:53 amAs I’ve said many times on fora around the Net and in private conversations with friends and family, Hillary could have sex with a goat in Macy’s window while eating aborted baby parts – all captured on live TV – and 40% of Americans would still vote for her. Liberalism is, indeed, a mental disorder…
Horatio (a739e5) — 6/26/2016 @ 7:07 amAnyone paying attention would know from the beginning that she didn’t hand pver that kind of e-mail.
She handed over what fit within certain parameters. Mostly that was mail to and from state.gov addresses. She claimed that, because there was a copy on the other end (at least initially) that complied with the obligation that there be a copy of such e-mails in the governments possesssion. Of course, such an e-mail, even if saved (and theoretically, if it’s a government record, both sides should archive it, although actuually only a small fraction of e-mail got archived, but that’s another story) it wouldn’t be turned up in a FOIA or other search for mail to and from Her Royal Clintoness.
here.
Her legal defense, stretching ad reaching as it was, did not quite cover all the facts.
It was known very early on that some of her aides, while they did have a state.gov e-mail address, also had a clintoemail.com address, and wrote to her on it.
That e-mail was not turned over.
Hillary’s defense would be that all such e-mail was private – about her daughter’s wedding or interior decoration or something.
Not true.
This e-mail was about how she would e-mail.
It was discovered, because when her e-mails were deleted, er lawyers did not feel safe in deleting or having Hillary delete, the contencts of e-mail accounts held by other people. Her aides got sued, and now some e-mail from Huma Abedin was disgorged.
Sammy Finkelman (7a22e4) — 6/26/2016 @ 7:18 amShe wanted a lot of these meetings off the record. They were discovered
because the Associated Press hit on an indirect way of determining who met with Secretay of state Hillary Clinton. )although some of these people didn’t meet her then because 7 of these meetings got cancelled)
It was for the same sort of reason that the White House traval office staff was fired in 1993, but they didn’t even want people to begin to suspect that secret meetings between Bill Clinton and somebody else might be the reason, so, although, the Administration was within its legal rights to replace the travel office staff (although they had been kept over from administration to administration, they didn’t have Civil Service protection) they contrived a different motive for replacing them.
It was transparently false, so someone, Billy Dale, even got maliciously prosecuted to back up Bill and Hillary’s’s spin.
Sammy Finkelman (7a22e4) — 6/26/2016 @ 7:24 amTHEY’D RATHER TALK ABOUT GUN CONTROL — WHICH IS A LOSER FOR THEM — THAN TALK ABOUT OBAMA’S FAILURES IN THE MIDEAST AND IN COUNTERTERRORISM AT HOME THAT HAVE KILLED SCORES OF AMERICANS: Democrats plan ‘day of action’ to keep spotlight on guns.
https://pjmedia.com/instapundit/237176/
‘But we do know that race and poverty are correlated. And we know that poverty and crime are correlated. And we know that race and political affiliation are correlated. Therefore, my team (Clinton) is more likely to use guns to shoot innocent people, whereas the other team (Trump) is more likely to use guns for sporting and defense.
That’s a gross generalization. Obviously. Your town might be totally different.
So it seems to me that gun control can’t be solved because Democrats are using guns to kill each other – and want it to stop – whereas Republicans are using guns to defend against Democrats. Psychologically, those are different risk profiles. And you can’t reconcile those interests, except on the margins. For example, both sides might agree that rocket launchers are a step too far. But Democrats are unlikely to talk Republicans out of gun ownership because it comes off as “Put down your gun so I can shoot you.” ‘

Colonel Haiku (2601c0) — 6/26/2016 @ 7:39 am“The death by barbell of disgraced UN official John Ashe could become a bigger obsession for conspiracy theorists than Vince Foster’s 1993 suicide.
Ashe — who was facing trial for tax fraud — died Wednesday afternoon in his house in Westchester County. The UN said he’d had a heart attack. But the local Dobbs Ferry police said Thursday that his throat had been crushed, presumably by a barbell he dropped while pumping iron.
Ashe was due in court Monday with his Chinese businessman co-defendant Ng Lap Seng, who is charged with smuggling $4.5 million into the US since 2013 and lying that it was to buy art and casino chips.
Ng was identified in a 1998 Senate report as the source of hundreds of thousands of dollars illegally funneled through an Arkansas restaurant owner, Charlie Trie, to the Democratic National Committee during the Clinton administration. (Ng was not charged with any crime)
Ng and Trie had visited the White House several times for Democratic fund-raising events and were photographed with then-President Bill Clinton and First Lady Hillary Clinton.
One source told me, “During the trial, the prosecutors would have linked Ashe to the Clinton bagman Ng. It would have been very embarrassing. His death was conveniently timed.”

Colonel Haiku (2601c0) — 6/26/2016 @ 8:01 amOnce you acknowledge the overwhelming evidence of Hillary Clinton’s criminality stretching back decades, you have to ask yourself how the Democrat Party ever got hornswoggled into nominating her as the face of their party.
One possible explanation is that she’s had J. Edgar Hoover’s secret blackmail files since she ran the Filegate operation out of the White House basement during her husband’s presidency. So, it was nominate Hillary or else. The or else, hanging like the sword of Damocles, was always being smeared by the most openly corrupt, revengeful, and merciless criminal cabal in the history of modern American politics.
Another possible explanation is that Hillary has the goods on Barack Obama and he’s got the goods on her and Bill. So, it’s a Mexican stand-off. Obama hates her guts but he can’t denounce her for fear she and Bill will expose him for the fraud he so obviously is, and she needs Obama’s support to get elected. (A few words of denunciation from him and Black votes for her evaporate.)
So, they’re joined at the hip. They may hate each other but any attempt to sever the symbiotic relationship would kill off both parasites.

This is that terrible Ipsos poll they’ve been flogging us with.
Interesting in the detailed break down of voters by party.
Donald Trump has more support among Republicans (76%) than Clinton has among Democrats (72%).
Trump also wins the independent vote 32% to 27.
Trump draws more cross over vote from Democrats than Clinton draws from GOP (10% to 9)
And yet they say Clinton won that poll.
If Rueters hadn’t weighted the survey with 52% Democrat. Since when has the country been, not just plurality, but outright majority Democrat? Why would you even bother to present that for public consumption. It’s not fit to eat. Not FDA certified.

Control of the money for candidates, ignorance on the part of voters, and the lack of a good alternative candidates.
No, she doesn’t have J. Edgar Hoover’s secret files, which never contained that much, and which are now more than 40 years out of date. This is actually probably a false explanation leaked by the Clintons. The lie is getting way out of date.
And if she had something on Barack Obama, why would Obama not do everything he could to stop her from becoming president? If he is no longer president, what could he do against her?
It’s just simply that the Democratic Party has become a centrally controlled organization, deue in large part, to campaign finance “reform.” THE DNC can collect large campaign contributions and give them to local candidates, who are often centrally recruited in the first place, like Tammy Duckworh was in Illinois.
She can blackmail people, but not with truth, but with lies. She can blackmail with half truths people she is very close to, and for sure that will include her vice presidential pick. Blackmail can be anything that will tend to politically damage people.

No, she wasn’t really fired. What she did that Jerry Zeifman thought was unethical, given that she was working for the whole committee, and not just the Democrats on it, secreting away the records from 1970 about the target of an impeachment inquiry being given the right to counsel, in order to hide them from the Republicans, had the complete support of John Doar. I think she also probably falsely transcribed some of the Nixon tapes.
When the investigation ended, and she asked to stay on as a regular House Judiciary Committee staffer, Jerome M. (Jerry) Zeifman, the majority counsel, refused to hire her. He had been completely cut off from and bypassed in the impeachment investigation, which was put under the direction of specially hired John Doar who reported to Peter Rodino.
Zeifman also refused to give her a letter of recommendation.
Zeifman wrote a book about this in the 1990s. He also thought, like they do today, that Hillary Clinton was likely to be indicted after the 1996 election. She wasn’t.

Aaron Burr never was a candidate for president – or wasn’t supposed to be. He was Thomas Jefferson’s Martin Van Buren. At that time the electors voted for two people and did not distinguish between who was supposed to be to president and who not.
Aaron Burr founded Tammany Hall, or rather he converted some mock-Indian organization, founded in 1789, to a political machine in 1799. At that time you had to own property to vote in New York. Aaron Burr gave or sold tiny bits of property to many men.
He also arranged to get a law to pass in Albany that was supposed to deliver water to New York City, but on the side, or to finance it, could have a bank. That became the Manhattan Bank, and didn’t build any water tunnels or whatever they were supposed to build. Or it went very very slow.
New York City didn’t get a reliable source of water until the 1840s, with the Croton Reservoir.
The Manhattan Bank eventually merged with the Chase bank to become Chase Manhattan. And I think they merged in 1954 with Corn Exchange. And shortly before the year 2000 they bought Manufacturer’s Hanover. And then what happened was that Chemical Bank bought Chase but took the Chase name. This bank is not the bank that David Rockefeller used to run – don’t know how he got in charge.
And the new Chase bought Bank First and at the time of the crisis in 2008 I think merged woth J. P Morgan. So now it’s J. P. Morgan Chase, but it’s called Chase and is really Chemical Bank under an assumed name.
Oh yes, Aaron Burr tried to force Alexander Hamilton to take back some charges against him. I don;t know how duels got accepted even for a while so far north. But he killed him and was indicted for murder in New Jersey. While still Vice President.
In 1805 I think he was off on some effort to create a new country out west for himself and wass put on trial for treason but was found not guilty or something.

She’s worse, Sammy. When Billy Jeff was nominated in 1992 he was still a small-time chiseler from the Ozarks by way of Georgetown and Oxford; he hadn’t yet grown into full bloom as a deranged psychopath. Even when he was renominated in 1996, he still had not yet amassed the full set of dark powers that Hillary! today possesses. If we were being geeky Star Wars aficionados, Bill of 1992 was Anakin Skywalker at the end of the third movie; Bill of 1996 was Darth Vader at the end of the sixth movie; but Hillary! of 2016 is the goddammed Emperor.

That’s not accurate. For one thing, you’re ignoring the Branch Davidians. One of the leaders of the raid, whose name is mentioned in the Waco warrant, was Friend of Bill Jay William Buford, head of the BATF in Little Rock, a fact yyou probably are not aware of. Studying the dates in the search warrant, you see they track Bill Clinton;s presidential prospects – work abruptly stopped when Perot topped him in the polls in early June, and didn’t resume again until after the election. And Bill Clinton had connections also to the FBI and was working hand in glove with the cabal that created trumped up ethics charges against the FBI Director, Willam Sessions. He waited ti fire him till it was all over, though.

Well. . .The first thing you know, old Bill’s no longer there,
He’s been elected President and Tucker’s in his chair.
His friends say: California is the place you ought to be.
So they use some stolen money to buy a place right near the sea.
Owned by the Thomasons of course. He’d just be a guest. Can’t quite
visit it yet. We don’t want reporters getting too curious about the
ownership and looking up land and corporate records.
Ya all just leave it to special prosecutor now ya hear…. Even Dole
says so.
This ballad, by the way, understates things, I would say. Bill Clinton,
I think, had a background, even before he got into elective politics –
even before he volunteered in his first campaign. His stpe-uncle
Raymond Clinton, was part of the machine in Hot Springs and had
scaterred slot machines on streetcorners all over town. (they weren’t
legal of course – what a question!)

Then you are de facto supporting and accepting of Hillary as the next President. This is a binary election – Gary Johnson doesn’t count. You can sit out and hope against hope Clinton doesn’t get elected, or you can vote for Trump. Anything other than that is mental masturbation and you can fall on your “principled” sword and feel good about yourself. One of those two will be President – we know the kind of Judges and Justices HRC will appoint, and her use of the bureaucracy to destroy her enemies will make Obama looks like a piker. Trump is a wild card. I can only hope he surrounds himself with a pro-American, pro-Constitutional Scalia oriented Cabinet. There is no doubt that Hillary will not.

nk (dbc370) — 6/27/2016 @ 5:10 amIt doesn’t just call it into question. It totally impeaches her sworn statement that she had turned over all work-related emails. According to her own mealy-mouthed spox.
Why wasn’t this still in her possession of she claims she only destroyed emails that were about yoga, Chelsea’s wedding, her mom’s death, etc., etc?
This is proof positive she destroyed she destroyed work related emails.
Steve57 (ecac13) — 6/27/2016 @ 5:47 am69. They seem to be saying – they think – that theose arms didn’t cross the Syrian or Iraqi border – they just went to tribes building up their arsenals, or to criminal organizations. Ownership of such weapons is not illegal – it’s just that they were stolen, and maybe better quality.
The thefts were stopped several months ago, but onl;y because some of them were used in a shooting by a police captain at a police training facility in Amman that killed two Americans and three others (a South African and two Jordansns). The FBI was called in to help investigate. word had been leaking out before.
Did the police captain kill the others because he was art of the scheme to steal weapons?
Meanwhile the Syrian-Jordanian border has been closed for a week, with no end in sight. It was closed because an ISIS terrorist made a suicide attack on the border. So ISIS got exactly what it wanted. 64,000 Syrians (who had not been allowed into Jordan) are now trapped on the other side of teh border without food and with very little water since now no deliveries can be made.
Sammy Finkelman (c41e9f) — 6/27/2016 @ 7:27 amISIS is careful not to launch any invasion of Jordan (if they are still capable of that) because that would bring in Israel. Neither will it invade Turkey, because Turkey is a member of NATO and they are not looking for greater U.S. intervention. ISIS – or was it al Nusra – actually pulled out of Lebanon after making an incursion.
However, we would have to reason, that it may not be worried about U.S. based attacks by permanent U.S. residents, and that it isn’t worried about Europe, because no European country is going to send an army after them – assuming of course, it’s really ISIS HQ that’s doing any of this terrorism, and not their backers in the Gulf, or Vladimir Putin’s FSB.
Sammy Finkelman (c41e9f) — 6/27/2016 @ 7:34 amSteve57 (ecac13) — 6/27/2016 @ 5:47 am
It was.
It is.
But she and her lawyers got John Kerry’s State Department to agree, before anybody not in the State Department knew about any of this, that they now had all her work-related emails.
One big flaw in that assumption was that some of her aides had some work related communications while themselves using a clintonemail.com address.
The flaw in Hillary’s plan of destruction was that her aides, probably on advice of counsel, did not themselves delete the contents of their old clintonemail.com accounts.
The Clintons never really had a good end game, except maybe being Hillary being elected president of the United States.
Sammy Finkelman (c41e9f) — 6/27/2016 @ 7:41 am“Let’s get separate address or device but I don’t want any risk of the personal being accessible.”
Now I understand what that means, since these two bits of news were the subject of the lead New York Post editorial, and the New York Post editorial explained this a litle bit more.
As I already understood, in November, 2010, hdr22@clintonemail.com and.or other emails were being stopped by state.gov’s anti-phishing spam filer and Huma Abedin said that she should consider getting a state.gov address or otherwise give give state.gov her secret e-mail address so it could be whitelisted.
Hillary said she’d rather get a separate state.gov address or use a separate device to communicate with the State Department. Ultimately, obviously, she didn’t do that.
WHat first happened is that the state.gov spam filer was disabled. I guess hdr22@clintonemail.com must have eventually been whitelisted, whether or now she actually formally requested that or somebody at the State Department did.
Sammy Finkelman (c41e9f) — 6/27/2016 @ 8:00 amShe wouldn’t tell the IT people at state.gov her secret e-mail address, but I guess they eventually figured it out or somebody told them at least the domain name.

I always write Hillary! with the exclamation point (except for in the title of my posts) in deference to her stupid 2008 campaign signs. I have considered updating it to 2016 with the dumb arrow in her “H,” but “H->illary” just doesn’t do it for me.

Today, Democrats on the House Select Committee on Benghazi released it’s 400 page minority report in advance of the release of the full Committee report. Critics immediately noticed the minority report strangely mentions Donald Trump 23 times. Trump’s 23 mentions exceed the combined total of mentions of Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty – two of the former Navy Seals killed defending the CIA Annex.

Do you want to know a BIG LIE that appeared in the New York Times today (in an Op-ed piece *; fact checkers would have caught something like this appearing in the news columns)
* By someone who may be a new irregular columnist: Texas Monthly Executive editor Mimi Swartz.
http://www.nytimes.com/2016/06/27/opinion/ken-starrs-squalid-second-act.html
Error! A Congressional Committee with a Republican majority did not make Kenneth Starr a special prosecutor – three federal judges did.
Error! It never was the law, and can’t be the law (it would be a violation of Article II Section 2, Clasuse 2 of the United States constitution – the appointments clause)
Error! Kenneth Starr never had any jurisdiction over the Vincent Foster case – the original Janet Reno named special prosecutor, Robert B Fiske, Jr, did and issued a report.
That may need a little bit of explanation. Bill Clinton had attempted to get all onvestigations into himself into the hands of a lawyer whom he could trust. So Janet Reno named him a unspecial special prosecutor, during a period of time when the soppecial prosecutor law was not in effect – the idea was the federal judges would ratify the decision. All federal investigations into Bill Clinton would go to him – and most if not all state investigations would defer to him.
Part of this plan was making Janet Reno look like a last minute appointment, which very few people saw through. You know, he said he was going to nominate a woman to be Attorney general and the first two failed background checks. It was all contrived.
Now, when U.S. Atttorney Rudolph Giuliani was conducting his investgation into insiderr trading in the 1980’s he had two big targets: 1) Drexel Burnham Lambert and Michael Milken and 2) Goldman Sachs and Robert E. Rubin. The way to get to Rubin was Robert Freeman – Robert B Fiske Jr was his lawyer, and eventually he pled guilty. after Giuliani had left to run for mayor the first time – to what I think was a totally made up story that of course did not lead to anyone else. Rubin had been appointed to something Bill Clinton called the National Economic Council, a White House appointment that did not require Senate confirmation; when the coast was clear, or it was clear no allegations would be made, in 1995, he named him Secretary of the Treasury.
It is true, I think, that Kenneth Starr did get jurisdiction over the Vincent Foster case – but he didn’t re-investigate it.
