  4. It offends my sense of dignity to be told I have to leave my gun behind when entering certain places/states. And there’s an actual, no sh!t, Constitutional amendment about that….

  5. It offends my constitutional Right to equal dignity that actual enumerated Rights to the constitution are given less weight than made up rights from penumbras and air and BS

It offends my sense of dignity that not only is he a Canuck living in my country, but that he exisista at all.

  12. It offends my dignity that HBO, popsicles and chicken wings are not free nor subsidized. Plus, every time I pull into a parking lot, no matter how far I am from the store, someone pulls in next to me and dang it, they always leave at the same time I do.

Then, you have these people who lecture about believing science because the weather is bad, but are perfectly willing to let millions die of starvation because science created a way to grow crops that is somehow icky.

My dignity tells me to weep. My dignity is like a weatherman. It knows which way the wind is blowing.

  16. * Who are you to think you can have a sense of dignity unauthorized by the state?

I really, really hate the optical mouse.

  17. It offends my dignity and betrays my birthright that the 10th Amendment to the Constitution is ignored every time the federal government sticks it’s greedy totalitarian snout into matters reserved for the States and the people themselves.

  18. You didn’t pay for that getting your dignity offended thing. So pay up.

While The One is out crowing about O’care, gay marriage and singing a song written by an evil white slave trader, $18 TRILLION AND COUNTING.

    Bugg (46ac20)

  19. DUI laws offend the dignity of drunks, and likewise child molestation laws offend the dignity of pedophiles.

This is the fallacy of Gayspeak. There is no “dignity” in sodomy. Just as there was no “ban on gay marriage” anymore than there was a “ban on burning water” or a “ban on cold fire”. It is a thing which did not exist and it is still a fiction, although now a legal fiction, that it does exist.

When you start with the fallacy that the state banned something real, then Substantive Due Process can be used to tell the state to back off. Is that what happened here? Uh-uh (as in no)! The Supreme Court did not tell the states to desist from prohibiting or punishing an activity as it did in Lawrence. It ordered the states to enact laws creating a hereto non-existant activity.
