Kanye West Pulls A Kanye West — Again
So Beck beats out Beyoncé for Best Album at the Grammys, and Kanye West storms the stage in protest.
Everyone laughs at the joke.
Except it turns out not to be a joke, and West is heard ranting about the injustice afterwards.
Beck needs to respect artistry and he should have given his award to Beyoncé and at this point, we tired of it. Because what happens is when you keep on diminishing art and not respecting the craft and smacking people in the face after they deliver monumental feats of music, you’re disrespectful to inspiration.
I could not possibly care less about the Grammys or the shitty music they celebrate there. But this classless goon keeps trying to ruin people’s moment, and that’s wrong no matter how meaningless the moment is to me.
Maybe stop inviting Kanye West to the Grammys?
And speaking of smacking people in the face . . .
I think Taylor Swift should have walked right up to him, told him to STFU, and slugged him.
No jury would convict.
