Hillary: “I’m Still Looking for Answers” on Benghazi
There are still too many unanswered questions about the attacks in Benghazi, Libya, that killed four Americans, former secretary of state Hillary Rodham Clinton said Tuesday, even as she welcomed the capture of a suspected mastermind of the assaults.
“There are answers, not all of them, not enough, frankly,” she said of the September 2012 attacks on a diplomatic and CIA compound that killed Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three others.
“I’m still looking for answers, because it was a confusing and difficult time,” Clinton said.
What difference, at this point, does it make?
Oh yes: Hillary’s running for president now.
Hillary’s looking for answers in the same place O.J. is searching for the real killer.
i’d say “start with looking in a mirror, you lying POS”, but i doubt she has a reflection…
redc1c4 (abd49e) — 6/18/2014 @ 7:22 amThe answers were on Hillary’s hard drive, but it crashed.
Kevin M (b357ee) — 6/18/2014 @ 7:23 amIs that video maker still in prison ” That would be one answer. The guy who was conveniently arrested by Special Forces the other night has been shown telling reporters that the video was the reason for the attack. I wonder if that was his mistake. Useful witness.
Mike K (cd7278) — 6/18/2014 @ 7:41 amI’m totally mystified why anyone has faith and trust in her and admire who she is.
Is the reaction towards her by a not-small percentage of the public due to sympathy over all the humiliation she has endured because of her husband?
Is it because certain people (perhaps some of them, oddly enough, who tilt right) respect her “stand by your man” loyalty to her husband after all these years?
Is it because she mouths do-gooder opinions (real or imagined)?
Is it because she was First Lady during the dot-com boom years and various Americans have a feel-good response to that era?
Is it because liberalism has been described as a form of mental illness, and both Hillary and many of her admirers are a reflection of that?
The last reason has to be applicable, because even if Hillary were a conservative, I, as a person of the right, would still perceive her in no less negative terms, and I think most other conservatives would feel the same way.
Mark (7b4a56) — 6/18/2014 @ 7:52 amYou think the real mastermind would risk such a thing, the AfriCom memo lists 18 persons of interest, 11 from AQIM, (which included GCIM, TCG,) 7 from Ansar Al Sharia, Khattalah is a dangle like Mohammed
narciso (3fec35) — 6/18/2014 @ 8:24 amSalameh,
Hillary Clinton’s actions while defending the man who raped a 12 year old girl with a “she’s a little crazy/slutty” attack on the pre-teen will come back to haunt her.

The guy who was conveniently arrested by Special Forces the other night has been shown telling reporters that the video was the reason for the attack.
No, he didn’t tell reporters that the video was the reason for the attack. He told them it was Us. foreign policy. He told some of his fellow attackers on the night of the attack that the video was the reason for the attack.

Sammy Finkelman (95e288) — 6/18/2014 @ 9:07 amPrepared her for the “nut-n-sluts” defense she used with Paula Jones, Kathleen Wiley and Juanita Broderick.
Hadoop (7fc17e) — 6/18/2014 @ 9:11 amAgree, Hadoop,,, IMHO, this may be a larger issue for her than Benghazi.
Colonel Haiku (2601c0) — 6/18/2014 @ 9:15 amShe would get all the lawyers in the country to defend what she did.
Sammy Finkelman (95e288) — 6/18/2014 @ 9:20 amIf Hillary were a Republican the Democrats would be excerpting that defense lawyer audio and flooding the zone with commercials. Now. Republicans are afraid, though, to match tactics with the Dems. Getting down twinkles from the media is apparently too much ‘profile in courage’ for them.
East Bay Jay (a5dac7) — 6/18/2014 @ 9:30 amShe would get all the lawyers in the country to defend what she did.
Sammy Finkelman (95e288) — 6/18/2014 @ 9:20 am
Now THAT’S a winner, Sammy!!!
Colonel Haiku (2601c0) — 6/18/2014 @ 9:38 amNo, she wouldn’t. In addition to the awful “optics” of her giggling about getting some rapist she knew was guilty off on a technicality, there’s the ethics of yukking it up while violating attorney client privilege.
So not only wouldn’t she get every lawyer in the country to “defend what she did” (and I’m including the interview in that category) the only lawyers who would defend her are exactly the ones the public thinks are scum who’d do anything to trick-f**k the system.
But if we pull back and look at the forest and not just the individual trees, she’s just a lousy candidate. Every time she gives an interview an exploding cigar goes off in her face. I hope the Democrats pick her.
Steve57 (d38ceb) — 6/18/2014 @ 9:49 amShe basically implies that 12 year old can basically forfeit her consent because she sought out older men is quite remarkable, and disgusting. It’s like Planned Parenthood not reporting 11 year olds receiving abortions to the authorities.
Hadoop (7fc17e) — 6/18/2014 @ 9:50 amHillary’s looking for answers in the same place O.J. is searching for the real killer
The defense was very much like O.J.’s defense: attack the forensic evidence. Although there was no DNA then, it might have been conclusive, if there were only three possible suspects and two of them were ruled out.
In the end she had him plead guilty to something that would create a double jeopardy situation if there was ever an attempt to prosecute him for rape. As part of the plea bargain, he was sentenced to time served. I bet the prosecutor thought he was getting a little bit of something.
Sammy Finkelman (95e288) — 6/18/2014 @ 10:44 amMost likely.
Maybe Dustin can photoshop an image of Hillary! holding a cardboard sign with the hashtag #BringBackMyBenghaziAnswers
In the meantime I hope Trey Gowdy kicks of the first public session of his select committee with the above video of Hillary! saying, “There are answers, not all of them, not enough, frankly,” as the media and Democrats (but I repeat myself) beat the drum about how all the questions about Benghazi have been answered.
Hillary! really is the gift that keeps on giving. All hail her inevitability.
Steve57 (d38ceb) — 6/18/2014 @ 11:07 amSeriously, how can the Democrats and media (but I repeat myself agian) smear the Benghazi investigation as purely political after Hillary! who was SecState at the time said on video that what answers we have are, “not enough, frankly?”
Steve57 (d38ceb) — 6/18/2014 @ 11:10 amOne of Trey Gowdy’s big question is: Why did Hillary Clinton not go on the sunday morning talk shows on sunday, sepetember 16, 2012?
He suspects the true answer is, she knew that what Susan Rice would be saying was not true in several important respects.
A follow-up then would be: Why didn’t you stop Susan Rice, and all the other people in the administration, from saying there was a demonstration in Benghazi?
Hillary Clinton claims Sunday morning interview shows are just not her cup of tea, and it wasn;t any objection tothe content or disagreement with the “talking points” that prompted her not to go on.
It is the only kind of news interview show she doesn’t like very much, she claims.
Sammy Finkelman (95e288) — 6/18/2014 @ 11:14 amNote to Hillary:
askeptic (8ecc78) — 6/18/2014 @ 11:20 amDon’t look for answers in a Las Vegas hotel room.
Team R really needs to focus on the fact that the person they nominate for president in 2016 has to be of such a constitution that he or she will have an inexhaustible enthusiasm for pointing out to their fellow American that Hillary Clinton is a stupid dishonest smarmy whorish vainglorious trollop.
Good luck with that.

askeptic (8ecc78) — 6/18/2014 @ 11:57 amThe Clintons have waged the Real War on Women. Hillary worked her way up the farm system, starting with pre-teen victims of rape.
Colonel Haiku (2601c0) — 6/18/2014 @ 12:06 pmA historic day. Mark it down.
On 18 June 2014 Mr. feets endorses Ted Cruz for President.
Steve57 (d38ceb) — 6/18/2014 @ 12:18 pmwe’ll see Mr. 57
I’m kinda thinking I’m more on Team Scott Walker these days
happyfeet (8ce051) — 6/18/2014 @ 12:25 pmI can see happyfeet Cruzin.
mg (31009b) — 6/18/2014 @ 3:04 pmIt’s unfair to compare Hillary to O.J. She really is quite sincerely searching for these answers . . . so she can strangle every single one of them, bury them in shallow graves, and make absolutely sure none of us ever find a trace of them.
Dr. Weevil (4d1bb9) — 6/18/2014 @ 7:13 pmi’m cynical about Mr. Cruz Mr. mg
i will tell you why later
but for now just that he’s a US senator (gack) with no real executive experience is a big red flag
that’s the exact kind of slut we have in our white house now, except for Mr. Cruz being a by far more accomplished lawyer than food stamp ever was
happyfeet (8ce051) — 6/18/2014 @ 7:17 pmWell the Huntress did vouch for him when he was a little known county executive, at a prolife get to gether,
narciso (3fec35) — 6/18/2014 @ 8:10 pmi don’t really give Huntress stuff any weight anymore
she’s not really a thing anymore, unless you have a really really passionate viewpoint on like christmas stuff

narciso (3fec35) — 6/18/2014 @ 8:34 pmYeah, right, like you ever did. You’ve hated her since the day you heard of her, because you’ve got this thing about women or something.
Whether you like it or not, she still carries a lot of weight. And she uses it for good.
Milhouse (b95258) — 6/18/2014 @ 8:39 pmBut I agree about Walker and Cruz. Walker, at this distant point, looks good for the White House. Cruz should stick to the Senate for a decade or so. He’s only just started doing good there, imagine what he could do as part of a majority.
Milhouse (b95258) — 6/18/2014 @ 8:41 pmi respond to you later i got a thing
happyfeet (8ce051) — 6/18/2014 @ 8:45 pmShe’s focused like an O.J. laser.
Ag80 (eb6ffa) — 6/18/2014 @ 8:56 pmYou’ve hated her since the day you heard of her, because you’ve got this thing about women or something.
this is not true at all
I’ve despised her since the day she bailed on her governorship and then I despised her even more when she played coy about running for president
as if someone who couldn’t handle the governorship of a practice-state like Alaska is remotely qualified for the presidency
it is to laugh
HAHAHA and et cetera
happyfeet (8ce051) — 6/18/2014 @ 9:21 pmbut yes Cruz is doing good work in Senate and there are so few of that ilk
happyfeet (8ce051) — 6/18/2014 @ 9:22 pmPrepared her for the “nut-n-sluts” defense she used with Paula Jones, Kathleen Wiley and Juanita Broderick.
I think of that along with her glibness regarding the young girl who was raped, I think of Obama giving a lighthearted “shout out” the day after the Fort Hood massacre, I think of all the people of similar ilk who discounted the death of Mary Jo Kopechne as they genuflected in front of Ted Kennedy, and the one thing — the ONE thing — that really makes such people truly deranged is they all buy into the notion that they’re very humane, caring human beings.
Mark (d1fb37) — 6/18/2014 @ 9:30 pmHillary is still looking for answers on Benghazi? Isn’t that sort of like O.J. looking for the “real murderer” of Nicole.
Hey folks–look in the mirror–there’s your answer!
Skeptical Voter (12e67d) — 6/18/2014 @ 11:08 pmThat whole CNN interview was surreal. The audience fans. Amanpour must have said that Clinton has answered sooooooooooo many questions about Benghazi. Hillary’s OJ I am still looking for answers nonsense. And on and on.
