Weiner Document Dump, Part 2: Including Alleged DMs from Weiner to Nikki
I waited all night for JohnReid9 to provide some publishable context for some of this. But I never heard from him. So, we’ll just let the documents speak for themselves.

First, some developments since last night. Gennette Cordova has already verified parts of last night’s document dump. To take one example (there are others), she confirmed that these DMs were written by her:
Her claim is that she was participating in a type of surveillance of Nikki on behalf of Weiner:
And yes, I did. It was a week and a half in, I knew why this person was engaging me but they hadn’t brought him up yet.
So I got the ball rolling.
Now, I’ve given that information to someone else already so it’s not exclusive but there you go:)
In other words, she says she told Nikki these things, but had not really said those things to Weiner.
I express no opinion on the truth of that claim, just as I express no opinion on the authenticity of JohnReid9 or his documents. I will speak of “Reid” and “Nikki” in this post as if they are real people because it is easier to tell the story that way, but that does not mean I am giving an opinion. As I have said, whether JohnReid9 is a concerned father or an Internet hoaxster is for the reader to decide. You are already aware that he has provided fake IDs to Tommy Christopher and that the Nikki Reid and Marianela Alicea accounts had fake pictures attached to them. But you also know that Gennette Cordova has authenticated aspects of the material he has sent out. And he may offer his story yet. So stay tuned.
What you are about to see is text cut and pasted from DMs forwarded to me by Reid. I took some screenshots of some of the more interesting ones and will be including them at the end. Because these are e-mail notifications of DMs from other people, you are getting only one side of the conversation. In some cases the nature of the other side will be clear; in other cases it will not.
I tried to place them in chronological order and edit out Ethel’s name. Otherwise, you’re seeing what I received.
I am asking Gennette Cordova by e-mail to confirm or deny the authenticity of the DMs purporting to be from her. [UPDATE 12:26 a.m.: In a comment, she has largely confirmed the communications that came from her, and has failed to object to any as inauthentic.]
Whether JohnReid9 is Concerned Father or Internet Prankster, this is news. And it’s breaking here.

How did Weiner know she was fake on the 16th? You hadn’t told him. Why didn’t you try to prevent Weiner from following her at all if you were confident enough of how fake she was to send made up flirts with AW to Nikki?

If you read Weiner’s DM in the context of him knowing the account was fake it fits perfectly.
The fact that Gennette may have had extensive communication with Weiner, enough that he would trust her warning about Nikki, is of absolutely no significance. To insinuate from that they must have been sexting is reckless and damaging conjecture.
I suggest everyone dial it back. Hell, if it were me in her shoes I’d show up here just to collect libelous accusations for “future use”.

4) When I asked her why she started following me she made up a story about how she had happened upon my account by accident…
And there were a lot of other little things. She spoke how someone older would think a HS girl should sound but her language was off.
And she said “omg” and “lol” all the time but then she used dashes impeccably (that might not mean anything to you but it was a red flag for me).
Was it not common sense to assume that she was fake?

When you pushed her she posted a fake but cool looking pic. Did it ever occur to you that she was using a partial alias and a another girl’s pic because she knew she was not allowed to be using Twitter or Facebook by her parents? That she was the child of very protective parents and so had little social life? Maybe she thought she needed to make up a fake life because she thought her her own wasn’t good enough?

I don’t think Gennette is a villian or anything, but I do find the aspects of her story I described as difficult to accept.
But I’ve always said that whatever the truth is, someone was acting in a bizarre manner. If that bizarreness is leaping to a conclusion that an apparent kid is not one, and then Weiner actually engaging in this way (Which makes him look bad, and does nothing to this supposed ‘troll’) then so be it.

For those of you who don’t change your av like I do on weekly, sometimes daily basis, you may not know that the av you will see on all the old tweets is your current one, not necessarily the one you were using when you made the tweet. Now it may take a day or so for other apps to pick up the change,but not a week. So if the last date on the topsy page was the 18th and that is close to when she changed her av, anything that should come up after that would have her newest, current av, even on old tweets.
So there is no way a screen grab done after the 27th should show the old av.

If there is something in that timeline that proves she is waiting to talk about how Gennette flirted with Anthony Weiner, it is not obvious.

i followed the #teamtate controversy this spring and found that any teens with twitter accounts generally only do so if their frends are on twitter. (that controversy was the shelton high school connecticut teen suspended from prom for posting a sign on the high school wall asking a girl to go to he prom with him.) i followed a lot of the high school kids’ twitters to see what happened with the story, and they almost all just tweet to each other like a substitute for facebook.

That was why he asked if she was popular – so she could get her friends to follow him, and that it might become a “thing’ for the kids to follow a progressive leader. They would be eligible to vote in a couple of years, and he was probably using new media to lay the foundation for a grass roots support. I think he was playing the cool guy to get her to drum up more support. As for the rest of the intrigue – I have no idea what the heck is going on with sock puppets and parents. BUT it appears someone is concerned about it – concerned enough to send threats to Ace and Patterico. Now THAT is interesting!

The Patriot group of course noticed this and harassed her.
