How Does the Obama Administration Screen Appointees?

Jim Hoft of GatewayPundit was among the first to raise questions about former Obama Administration Green Jobs Czar Van Jones and he was instrumental in exposing Jones’ inflammatory history. Now he wonders about the Obama Administration’s vetting process:
“If the Obama Administration had actually used [its] template to screen Van Jones his [sic] controversial speeches, his past arrest, and his musical collaborations with cop-killers should have raised a red flag or two with the administration.
Either Team Obama ignored Van Jones’ past– accepted and agreed with his past– or completely misrepresented their vetting process to the American public.
Just how exactly did such a radical hater like Van Jones make it through such an extensive and invasive screening process?”
That’s a good question, not only regarding Van Jones but also regarding all the Obama Administration appointees.

Here’s the way to look at it. You know how dirty socialist NPR was getting tired of always having to identify all its guests as “former Clinton Administration officials” and even “former Carter Administration officials.” They needed their Barack Obama to win partly just cause their approved dirty socialist guest list was stale and shrinking. But there was nothing for it, and they had to work with what those administrations had bequeathed.
The dirty socialists of today are consciously looking ahead to who are going to be the “former Obama administration officials” that keep the dirty socialist torch burning. The more radical and marxisty the better because they’ll get to talk for decades and decades with the “former administration official” imprimatur lending their redistributey views mainstream cachet.
There are tons and tons of Van Jones ones cause it’s an important aspect of the campaign to bring dirty socialism into the mainstream long term.

Why don’t they do their homework well? Why choose people with questionable pasts and associations? It does not bode well for an administration touted for it’s transparency and bipartisanship. Not good at all. More mistakes like this and Obama can kiss his image as a strong and prudent leader, goodbye.

Considering the “bigger picture”, could it be that Van Jones is simply a “whipping boy” for Obama? Recall that Obama is just as radically caustic as Van Jones, Obama as well as Van Jones was NOT vetted, and criticism has been falling especially hard on Obama now that voters realize the “hopy-changy” Obama was really referring to was COMMUNISM.
Question: Is Obama hoping you’ll see Van Jones as taking the fall for Obama? Or, (attention birthers) is Obama hoping you’ll now let off of Obama’s not qualified status?
