Looking at his mug shot, it appears the homeowner “physically” detained him, heh

The annoying Dana (3e4784) — 3/24/2009 @ 4:43 amnon-word “burglarize” is an abomination unto the Lord. There was twist of that theme in No Country For Old Men. But instead of stupid criminal it was no good deed goes unpunished.

slizzle (cebb6d) — 3/24/2009 @ 7:57 amWe came home one day to discover that our home was the victim of an attempted burglary. Neighbors heard the attempts to break in the door, and called the cops. Who arrived, talked to the neighbors, investigated, and followed the footprints in the freshly fallen snow down the sidewalk, across the street, around the corner, up the sidewalk to a porch where the boots were. Questioning the occupant of the house, it came out that it must have been someone else. Yes, those were his boots, but he hadn’t done that, must have been someone else wearing boots. The officers pointed out that the boot heels had his initials carved in them, and those heel marks were also on our door. He eventually plead guilty to something and got 90 days.
htom (412a17) — 3/24/2009 @ 8:09 amIs it so wrong to return to cover your tracks?
I mean, if they’ve got your cell phone, they’ve got you, right? You might as well go back.
Daryl Herbert (b65640) — 3/24/2009 @ 8:17 amBurglarize seems like a perfectly reasonable word to me.
aphrael (e0cdc9) — 3/24/2009 @ 9:25 amI once convicted a guy for a burglary of an automobile where the primary evidence of identity was his driver’s license that he left in the back seat of the victim’s vehicle. Dumb crime doesn’t pay.
