Murderer’s Last Words: Vote Obama!

I’m not kidding:

Before he died Wednesday evening, death row inmate Dale Leo Bishop apologized to his victim’s family, thanked America and urged people to vote for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.

This is the best endorsement he’s gotten since he picked up the William “Dollar Bill” Jefferson endorsement.

  1. What is really amazing is that the dead prisoner will get to vote for Obama at least twice in the upcoming election!

  2. Krauthammer argues you can add Iraqi PM Maliki to the list of people endorsing Obama.

  3. i could probably get charles manson to endorse mccain if i promised to mail him a carton of cigarettes.

  4. ADA – Are you suggesting the Obama campaign gave Bishop a carton of cigarettes for his endorsement?

  5. Obama has locked the all important felon vote, the despot of North Korea, and … Hamas.

    Hamas endorses Obama:
“We like Mr. Obama, and we hope that he will win the elections,” Ahmed Yousuf, Hamas’ top political adviser in the Gaza Strip, said.

I’d say if he was running for UN secty, he’d be *WAY* ahead.

  8. you can add Iraqi PM Maliki to the list…

Maybe someone (like Der Spiegel?) can explain to Maliki that up until 4-6 weeks ago, Obama was describing the Iraqi political process and Maliki’s leadership as a failure.

  9. I’ll be voting for whoever the war criminals in our White House are voting against.

Wouldn’t that be: “. . . the McCain campaign gave Bishop a carton of cigarettes for his endorsement of Obama”?

  11. I see that psyberian felt compelled to falsely accuse the President and troops of war crimes. Nice.

  12. JD, what do you expect from the deranged left? They’d vote for Hitler if he promised to hang Bush.

  13. pysberian’s comment, as well as Letterman’s ‘war criminal’ allegation the other night, expose as ridiculous Joe Klein’s vapors over McCain’s hitting Obama as a candidate that would rather win an election and lose a war than the reverse. How many years have we heard ‘Bush lied people died’ and the war criminal crap from the left?

It’s beyond silly when we hear ‘boo hoo, you Rethuglican war criminals that lied us into an illegal war attacked our patriotism’. Man up, Joe. It’s your giving aid and comfort to the left’s liars for the last eight years that has brought us to this point where motivations are questioned more than policy. Your whining won’t impress anyone on the right.

  14. #9 Oh man right on, dude! You’re like so speakin’ truth to power. Throw a couple “neocons” on the pile too and it’ll like really f’n burn man!

One down, far too many to go!

  16. With all of these Germans and Iraqis and convicted felons endorsing Barack Hussein Obama, one kind of waits to hear from real Americans who can actually vote.

  17. Why would we bother, we know we’re outnumbered just by the Chicago cemetary caucus.

  18. Shouldn’t this also be filed under Scum?

Freedoms Truth’s reference to the Hamas endorsement reminds me of a characteristically dishonest New York Times article about people who don’t like Obama because they’re ill-informed. Someone said that he thought al-Qaeda endorsed Obama, and the article gave a snippy little response saying that it wasn’t true–which, by itself, is fine–but the article completely failed to mention, “Obama was, however, endorsed by Hamas.” Apparently the Times‘s readers don’t need to know that.

  19. If the endorsement were only as far as it went, Alan. There is a rumor floating around that the Obamahdi’s contributions consist in large part of laundered money coming in from the Middle East. Which I believe is worth investigating by the FEC. Except that new inEVITAble has used his Senatorial privilege to blog the appointment of two FEC commissioners so the FEC cannot do scrap because it does not have a quorum.

  20. It is extremely suspicious that Obama gets his money over the internet, just as bundling has become such a well documented democrat money practice. I would be shocked if Obama’s online contributions weren’t at least a bit dirty, but it will be impossible to prove until after the election (if ever).

  21. Nice surname. Dammit.

  22. Yeah, Pike Bishop from “The Wild Bunch” is one of my favorite movie characters too.
