Another Victim

Remember that immigrant whose child rape charges were dismissed for lack of a translator in an obscure West African language? It turns out that his alleged victims included, not just a seven-year-old girl, but also a one and one-half year-old girl.

  1. I said 3 days ago it was not fair. I still think so.

  2. I hope the Judge and defense attorneys are proud of themselves.

  3. I hope to GOD you can re-file charges against him. Nail him to the wall!

  4. I am horrified and sickened by this news. In situations as this, I am not convinced I would even bat an eye if someone like this received the death penalty. Why I might even wish the charges allowed for such a consequence.

  5. Oh no…

    Raping a 1 1/2 year old?

I’m pretty sure that whatever time he’d end up with in prison would be worse than any death he could ever suffer…

  6. Maybe this guy is related to someone important and there are diplomatic/foreign relations concerns involved in this matter. That’s the only thing I can think of that begins to explain this thing.

  7. I wonder how this would be handled in Singapore?

  8. And his mother has also had sexual abuse charges against her pending. This is incredible–were they deaf, dumb and blind as to this criminal organization?

  9. His father, also in the USA, has been accused of abusing the same children. Via chain immigration, the entire clan/tribe can come to the USA to abuse/rape young girls – Celebrate diversity and multiculturalism!

  10. Do they elect judges back there?

Circuit Court Judge Katherine D. Savage

    Oh, wait, they don’t really.

When there is a vacancy, the Governor appoints a person duly qualified to fill the office. Each Circuit Court judge then must stand for election at the first election that occurs at least one year following the vacancy the judge was appointed to fill. The judge may be opposed formally by one or more qualified members of the bar. The successful candidate is elected to a fifteen-year term. At the expiration of the term, the judge may run again.

Perhaps that 15-year term with no election is part of the problem? Yes, appellate justices should have long terms, but you’re supposed to have a clue about them before they get in. Here, you almost never do, and there are so many of them…..

  11. #9, unbelievable. Well, sadly, quite believable.

Maybe this will be what breaks the back of support for open borders.

  13. Oh, I believe that he should have been released — into the custody of the parents of his victims.

Scott, that makes absolutely no sense. For your edification, Singapore is infamous for the offenses that are punished by caning. In this case, I wouldn’t be surprised if he would have got the death penalty (which is actually carried out there – the ACLU objected once, so they threatened to hang them).

  15. Frankly i hope the judge and defense lawyer get locked up for the rest of their lives and fed on bread and water
