3. A decade ago, I had a girlfriend who wanted a Playgirl magazine, but was too embarrassed to buy one.

   I bought her one at the store and she, her best friend, and I were walking away about 100 yards from the store, her face buried in the magazine. She walked right into a pole exactly like that.

   It was so funny. Her best friend and I couldn’t stop laughing.

   That brought back great memories. Thanks.

5. Not exactly funny, but there’s always the live 9/11 clip from CNN where a local affiliate guy is doing a stand-up with the burning WTC in the background, talking about a private plane hitting the tower and the possibility of navigation error — while the second plane zooms through the background and strikes the other tower.

   I swear the guy droned on about navigation systems and private planes for several minutes without a clue about what had just happened behind him.

   Eventually CNN yanked his feed….
