Patterico, once the news breaks that the U.S. Attorneys were not only fired by this administration—but that they were also HIRED by this administration, then all the dominos will tip over !
In fact, I even heard a rumor that Donald Rumsfeld also served at the pleasure of President Bush, and that this devious Karl Rovian principle of hiring and firing employees even extends to include the tenure of the White House pastry chef !
