Khalid Sheikh Mohammed Confesses

Read the confession here. It’s quite clearly uncoerced.

  1. Is it quite clearly true? (I’m too lazy to read it, so I trust your opinion explicitly.)

  2. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed Confesses…

    again.

  3. You need to read all 26 pages.

This is as clear as a declaration of war as you can read.

Be loony, be pacifist, be a moonbat — they still want to kill you. It is war.

When they get a suitcase nuke, they will use it. It is war.

    This is a must read.

    Especially the last 10 pages.

Clear admission to abroad scope of attacks. It is war.

The guy is wrong, but you have to read his statement. It shows you what is going on.

  4. sorry charlie, we knew that already.
But bush has been doing nothing about it but make it worse.
Did you know the taliban are back?

  5. So what would you suggest AF? How is “Bush making it worse?” At least he will fight sometimes and some places.

The Taliban are coming back because they have sanctuary in nuclear armed and Al Qaeda controlled Pakistan. Want to stop them? It will require WAR with Pakistan. Very likely a first strike upon their nukes then some devastating strikes on the rest of their military, repeat as needed.

Get real. The limits of the law are right at the edge of US Sovereignty. Law doesn’t work where there is no legal authority. Bill Clinton indicted Osama and got … 9/11. For National Security law is about as useful as fairy dust.

  6. Taliban coming back? They come back about the same time each year because it is spring and the snows are melting. What is not acknowledged is that each year they have less fighters that are coming back because we have killed many more of them than they of us.
Those who recall the Soviets invasion of Afghanistan remember that the Soviets, brutal as they were, couldn’t win in Afghanistan — their soldiers just weren’t trained for the environment.
Contrast that with our forces and one should be encouraged with the results so far.

  7. Of course he confessed. I bet he confessed to being the mastermind behind killing JFK and New Coke too.
He knows he’s a dead man anyway, might as well become a heroic, mastermind martyr for the cause. He’s just achieved immortality. The man who brought the US to its knees!!!!

I don’t trust jihadis, they lie like Clintons.

  8. Veeshir, did you read the entire transcript?

I just hate the attitude of “Of course he confessed. I bet he confessed to being the mastermind behind killing JFK and New Coke too”.

Get you head out of the sand. The statement is not one of martyrhood. It’s statement of (paraphrasing here) “we are at war, while I may regret children being killed, it is war”.

Read the whole thing, come back and tell me that you read the whole thing, and then I’ll listen to what you have to say.

Until then you are but a lamb going to slaughter.

  9. Charlie, I obviously wasn’t clear enough. I know he’s a jihadi. I believe he was involved, it’s the “I planned the entire thing” and many of the other stuff he’s taking credit for that I’m talking about.

Did you read the confession? He was responsible for the 1993 WTC bombing, the “9/11 Operation, from A to Z“, the shoe bomber, the Bali nightclub bombing, he was responsible for planning on bombing and destroying the Panama Canal (Maybe they showed him Team America and he got that idea), He was going to destroy Heathrow. Note, the last two do not say “attack” or hit like some of his other confessions, they say “destroy”. He was responsible for the attacks in Mombasa, he was responsible for the assassination attempt on Clinton in 1994 or 1995. He claimed to have personally beheaded Daniel Pearl, but another guy was convicted of that and, as I recall, the guy on the video didn’t look much like KSM.

So yes, I think he lied like a Clinton to bolster his jihadi cred. I don’t want to see the fetid sewer I would find if I did a search on “Clinton” and “Assassination”, but did that even happen?

  10. Oh, and you might have figured that out from the part where I called him a “jihadi”.

    Veeshir (dfa2bf)

  11. Ya – this is good.

Apparently he claims – and the US government admits – that he was tortured at some point during interrogations, but that all of the confessions covered here were the product of uncoerced interrogations.

Some excellent work on the part of our intelligence services, debriefers, etc.

  12. I was surprised to hear him not confess to fathering the Smith lady’s latest. Aside from that, dang dat boy got around didn’t her?

As we all brak out in song… I’ve been everywhere man, yeah I’ve been every where…… yadayadfayada…..

  13. Apparently he claims – and the US government admits that he was tortured…

Do you have any links on that?
But first define “Torture”, if it includes cold rooms and loud music, don’t bother with the links. I get my laughs from FrnakJ usually.

    Veeshir (dfa2bf)

  14. Veeshir:

I believe that KSM wrote to “The Liberal Avenger.” It was in a post right after the one about sleeping with his own sister? I’m sure I read it at the LA’s own blog, so it must be true.

  15. It is obvious that [REDACTED] obtained through torture (interpreter’s notes: torture in Arabic really means being stroked by feathers and fed grapes that have been skinned by 72 virgins) and I say “Death to America” A through Z. [REDACTED] And Halliburton (interpreter’s notes: Halliburton in Arabic means the Taliban) and Rush Limbaugh’s “No-Spin Zone” hosted by our Number Two man (may he and his succession RIP) who gave WMD and nukes and Nikes to Saddam (may he and his succession RIP) [REDACTED] DECLASSIFIED and certified as fulfilling Due Process.

  16. I don’t like “confessions”, either. They have too rotten a history. Even if made in open court, I would like the judge to admonish the defendant about the inadvisibility of confessing. Something along the lines of “SHUT UP, YOU MORON”.
