2. Careful, the way of bad logic is a painful one. I’m sure if one researched it, Hitler, Saddam Husein, Robert Byrd, and at least two people by Joe Biden have also be read on the Senate floor. My name has been also mentioned on the floor of the Senate as well.
   Nonsequitors and taking phrases out of context are risky things to use as logical arguments.

3. I agree Patterico, I read this post earlier in the week and he’s spot-on in describing Ellenberg’s technique and he goes to some effort to prove exactly what he and (ahem) a few others are talking about. That’s actually a fairly good site which I had not read before this week.

   Not that that will change anything. Tomorrow or next week or whatever Sir Douche will put up a post taking something you or Reynolds or someone else said out of context, misinterpret or streeeeetch it out to mean something not intended at all, then wad it up and attempt cram it right back in the offender’s mouth.

   Some of us will be appalled at the transparent dishonesty. Greeny’s readers will fawn.

   And what will it all be about? Something really important. Like ‘Patterico is pro-criminal’ or ‘Reynolds is anti-diplomacy’.
