  1. Ironic there is no mention of President Bush in this article nor the expanded NYT report. Without him, there would be no purple fingers in Iraq.

  3. Yes, I was surprised to see how negative the Times’ article was. The LA Times was even worse — it read as though the theme was “Life was better under Saddam.”
