Just curious – are there any serious efforts going on to identify the Palin-stabbers? I’d hate to see that episode of venality just sort of ooze on by into the “whatever happened to . . ” file.

nk is right, this is pretty damn selfish of Mccain.

The GOP will have a hard time fighting to keep or gain seats in a couple of years, and if you really feel like giving money to the GOP at this point, 1) give to the GOP, 2) get a shrink.

Thankfully, if Palin is really up to it (I have no idea if she really is, but I don’t buy the BS the media claims about her), then the GOP can harness the anger at Obama and the anger at Mccain at the same time!

I feel embarrassed and saddened for McCain. This has a feeling of desperation to it and he seems clueless to the fact that his ship has sailed.

I hate everybody after this stupid election, but McCain likely the least. Still, I resent his trying to corner GOP campaign donation money for his own agenda. There will be little enough to go around as it is and people should keep it to give to candidates they want in 2010. McCain’s time has passed.

As the Electon approached, I got several of those “please give” things in the mail. I wrote the following in where it said “other”:

“I’m voting for McCain – be happy you’re getting that much from me. Run another like him in 4 years, and you won’t even get that.”
