  1. No mention of the 5-4 Supreme Court decision authored by The Notorious One, and joined by … Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch … giving the Democrats a gerrymandering win in Virginia?

GINSBURG, J., delivered the opinion of the Court, in which THOMAS, SOTOMAYOR, KAGAN, and GORSUCH, JJ., joined.

(The decision was a purely procedural one on standing, but IMHO a Ginsberg/Thomas/Sotomayor/Kagan/Gorsuch majority is rare and intriguing enough to be worth a “Headlines from DRJ” moment in the sun…)

  2. Good point, plus there is also the Kavanaugh opinion that Allahpundit describes as affirming “That Social Media Platforms Aren’t Bound By First Amendment In Moderating Content.”

This would be a good place to comment on both/either if no one else posts on the subjects.
