No mention of the 5-4 Supreme Court decision authored by The Notorious One, and joined by … Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch … giving the Democrats a gerrymandering win in Virginia?
(The decision was a purely procedural one on standing, but IMHO a Ginsberg/Thomas/Sotomayor/Kagan/Gorsuch majority is rare and intriguing enough to be worth a “Headlines from DRJ” moment in the sun…)
