Hillary Clinton’s Housekeeper Printed Off Classified Emails At Clinton’s Direction

Standard operating procedure. Because apparently anyone without a security clearance is able to handle and view classified information if Hillary Clinton deems it. The rules be damned. And worse, national security be damned. It’s not enough that Clinton was forwarding her daughter classified emails and arrogantly blowing off the rules in place to safeguard such sensitive materials, but now we are learning that Clinton’s maid, Marina Santos, was also allowed to access them – at Clinton’s direction:

As secretary of state, Hillary Clinton routinely asked her maid to print out sensitive government e-mails and documents — including ones containing classified information — from her house in Washington, DC, e-mails and FBI memos show. But the housekeeper lacked the security clearance to handle such material.

In fact, Marina Santos was called on so frequently to receive e-mails that she may hold the secrets to E-mailgate — if only the FBI and Congress would subpoena her and the equipment she used.

Clinton entrusted far more than the care of her DC residence, known as Whitehaven, to Santos. She expected the Filipino immigrant to handle state secrets, further opening the Democratic presidential nominee to criticism that she played fast and loose with national security.

Clinton would first receive highly sensitive e-mails from top aides at the State Department and then request that they, in turn, forward the messages and any attached documents to Santos to print out for her at the home.

Among other things, Clinton requested Santos print out drafts of her speeches, confidential memos and “call sheets” — background information and talking points prepared for the secretary of state in advance of a phone call with a foreign head of state.

Santos also had access to a highly secure room called an SCIF (sensitive compartmented information facility) that diplomatic security agents set up at Whitehaven, according to FBI notes from an interview with Abedin.

From within the SCIF, Santos — who had no clearance — “collected documents from the secure facsimile machine for Clinton,” the FBI notes revealed.

Included in the “sensitive” materials that Santos had access to as she printed them off for Clinton, was the Presidential Daily Brief, described as “a top-secret document prepared by the CIA and other US intelligence agencies”.

And to frustrate the situation even more, the report claims that the FBI never requested Santos turn over the MacBook on which she received the emails, nor the printer used to print the classified emails. Further, the FBI never even interviewed Santos.

Moreover, according to Clinton aide, Monica Hanley, the MacBook and USB drive used to download the trove of Clinton emails are… “lost,” with the FBI saying they do not have them in their possession.

And, to top it all off, the Wall Street Journal is now reporting:

FBI’s Comey Says New Emails Don’t Change Conclusions About Clinton

FBI Has Reviewed All New Material Found In Probe, Director Tells Congress

FBI Had Recommended No Prosecution Earlier This Year

So, they just interviewed the housekeeper? And the missing MacBook and USB drive just turned up and they reviewed them? That’s some really fast investigative work there…

  2. Did they already interview the housekeeper? Did they just find the missing MacBook and USB drive and review them? And 600,000+ emails reviewed in a week?

    Amazing.

  3. “At this point, what difference does it make?”

As expected, FBI Director Comey reports: “Based on our review, we have not changed our conclusions that we expressed in July with respect to Sec Clinton.”

    Unbelievable

  4. Maudie’s maid gets made?

FBI Director Comey says the email probe on Maudie is now over. No change in conclusions since July.

Such credibility. Check her out, too. Or is it a him for her?

And oh goodie, Springsteen doing a concert for Maudie Monday night! Then fireworks on Tuesday night!

  5. I think part of what this tells us is that the FBI recovered much more on the Mills and Samuelson computers than was thought to be the case — or even possible.

There is nothing that would support the idea that Weiner’s computer would have on it only the same email that was available from the Mills and Samuelson computers that were subjected to “BleachBit”, unless the FBI was able to forensically recover all the emails on Mills and Samuelson’s computers notwithstanding the effort to delete the files using Bleachbit.

  6. Nonetheless, shipwreckedcrew, that still doesn’t excuse the egregious breach of protocol and rules of Clinton giving her housekeeper access to classified information. Is that too just going to be swept under the rug?

    Dana (d17a61)

  7. Yes, yes it will. Because Clintons are above the law. Additionally, Clintons may extend that protection to other people by designating them as above the law, as we see here with her housekeeper.

In fact, I’m not sure they actually have to designate anyone above the law. They just are, because enforcing the law must not reflect badly upon the Clintons.

  8. Even if they found classified information on Weiner’s computer, it would have been unlikely to change things. Comey had already found secrets on computers managed by uncleared personnel.

It is important to realize that this does not clear Hillary, no matter what they found. The FBI and the DOJ simply failed America already.

Sadly, the evidence is in the Hillary should never get a security clearance again. But, nobody is hearing that. They are hearing the Comey “again” “cleared her.”

    GAAH! My head is exploding.

So basically, all of those rules and regs and SOOPER SEKRIT codes and what not are pure BS.

  11. Patricia, I think it means there remains no reasonable prosecutor in DOJ, the trail still leads to POTUS and the FBI Director believes it’s up to the voters to decide. If in fact all those rules an regs are pure BS we should save billions by shutting down the IC since it’s no longer possible to keep a secret.

  13. Not only is Hillary above the law, all those connected to her seem to enjoy the same privilege.
She will probably win the election, or at least almost 50% of the US population will be voting for her. This to me is even worse to realize that the morality of half of US citizens condone
her actions — they have no moral integrity. The fate of the US is doomed when half the people have no integrity, we are NOTHING. Our founders said our country would ONLY survive if the people are moral.
