That’s not actually the policy she seemed to be advocating.
She advocated employing some kind of unspecified “leverage” on Russia and then negotiating humanitarian co-operation from Russia, while not disagreeing that Russia shuld be pursued for war crimes in Syria. And yes, aht doesn’t make sense and has virtually no hope of working.
A no-fly zone is a perfectly good policy, but it has to include the intention of shooting down Russian planes. And this is not extreme. We already have such a no-fly zone for Russian military planes. It’s in Turkey. Turkey even controived to shoot down two Russian planes to make the point. And Israel imposed one as well in southern Syria, without having to shoot any planes down.
(A no=fly zone? Well not quite, but close. Russia self-deported, so to speak. Israel just said they wouldn’t let Russia interere with any bombings they felt they needed to do. One year ago, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu flew to Moscow on the day before Yom Kippur with some Israeli generals and bascally told Putin they would not be stopped from bombings they felt they needed to do – and that they would shoot down Russian planes if necessary – they would not let weapons that could attack civilians in Israel be transferred to Hezbollah. And Putin wound up saying he also was against civilians in Israel being attacked for his own reasons – there were Russians in Israel. Anyway, Russia didn’t just agree to co-ordinate – they just pulled out of any area that Israel might operate in, and this in spite of the fact that Israel is cautious and tends even to fire from outside of Syria and Syria now gives Israel less cause.)

Even granted that he needed to exercise his brain as well during the debate and the brain needs oxygen too. His brain may not usually get too much exercise.
Maybe his lungs won’t expand enough and he needs to breathe deper to increase he amount of oxygen his blood can carry.

She repeated the litany of the types of people Donald Trump disrepected twice. Some people might not even know the incidents that qualified Donald Trump for various categories. For instance, POWs was McCain. The handicapped was one reporter that, in spite of his denials, Trump had seen – in fact seen a lot of, albeit around 1988.
