Obama: Republicans Are a Skeered of Syrian Widows and Orphans
The sarcastic little punk who calls himself our President had this to say today:
In unrelated news, here is the woman who blew herself up in France as police sought to make arrests in connection with the recent Paris massacre carried out by ISIS terrorists:
Woman who detonated suicide vest in #France police raid identified as Hasna Ait Boulahcen https://t.co/5JaH9sguyI pic.twitter.com/3OWQoIKKwt
— Anderson Cooper 360° (@AC360) November 20, 2015
Boulahcen is apparently not a widow. But before she died, she did praise a widow: Hayat Boumeddiene, widow of ISIS terrorist Amedy Coulibaly, who massacred Jews at a kosher deli in Paris in January before killing a French police officer. His widow Hayat Boumeddiene was suspected of being his accomplice in the attacks, and ISIS released an interview with her in February.
Hayat Boumeddiene represents the kind of widow that Americans would prefer not to have in America, Mr. Obama. The issue is not so much that we’re scared; the issue is, instead, that you are a sanctimonious idiot.
UPDATE: More on female terrorists here.
Watch the video, if you can stand it.
Patterico (86c8ed) — 11/19/2015 @ 6:05 pmRepublicans aren’t scared of widows and orphans, we’re scared of the sheer incompetence of the Obama Administration and the federal bureaucracy that he oversees. However, you’d think there’d be at least one or two somewhere in the crowd, and a few women too. But I don’t see many women either, just young guys 20 to 35 it looks like.

The second most popular Republican for president compares refugees to rabid dogs.
Various local politicians have called for rounding up refugees, or putting them in camps.
All because of the incredible danger that a person who had been vetted for more than a year before arrival might be an ISIS sleeper agent, and more likely to find a gun and start killing people than the average white American psycho who now does so periodically at schools and theaters.
We have admitted 750,000 refugees to the U.S. since 9/11. The number who committed acts of terror in the U.S.? Zero. The number arrested for anything associated with terrorism? Two. The number of the Parisian attackers identified as refugees? Zero. Right now, French, Belgians, Germans can fly to the U.S. without screening of any kind, and based on the recent attack are as likely to be a danger as anybody else. Would you shut down all international arrivals? Force everybody who wants to come to the U.S. to undergo a vetting process?
But for the purpose of preventing any possible danger, at all, ever, that might be committed by a refugee, conservatives propose shoving them away en masse. Why not just sell the Statue of Liberty for scrap metal and put its inscription in the Smithsonian somewhere, as a souvenir of the days when the U.S. was exceptional for something other than its fears.
(Hollande is admitting another 30,000 refugees. I guess the French are simply not properly aware of the dangers of terrorism)

Say it slowly. Roll it around in your brain.
California is home to 10,195,057 refugees Fact is America takes in 64% of the worlds refugees, year in year out. Most of them dumped in California.
papertiger (c2d6da) — 11/20/2015 @ 3:31 amNext closest on the list is Australia. France doesn’t even make the cut
Yes they’re going to be vetted for more than a year. The Obama admin. says so, so who could possibly doubt it? What does this “vetting” consist of anyway genius?
The Muslim refugees don’t qualify for admission under American law for refugee status. Under the law, which I’m sure neither you nor any virtually anyone you vote fore care not a whit about, they have to be under persecution for their religion or because of some other similar reason – ethnic minority, etc. The Muslims don’t qualify. They aren’t fleeing persecution.
Gerald A (949d7d) — 11/20/2015 @ 5:17 amDavid Wilson you do a real good job of parroting Xavier Becerra (D-Cal). A democrat leftist friend of yours? You’ve heard the disclaimer “past results are not guarantees of future performance” haven’t you? Why have you made bringing in moslems who are potential killers into America a priority? Why are foreigners flooding here so important to you? You seem to have some personal reason designed to expose the rest of us to something we don’t want and you seem to believe you have the right to do so. As a typical leftist I expect you to want to spend my money for your causes, but now you seem intent on risking my life and those of my family for your twisted un American delusions.
There is nothing noble, generous, compassionate about bringing in potential terrorists and enemies into our country. It’s plain stupid and people who endorse it are both foolish and dangerous. If you succeed in bringing the enemy to our country ISIS wins.
Can you DavidWilson guarantee that no refugee will perform any act of terror or will kill any American? If you can’t then for heaven’s sake shut up and stop risking our lives for your silly delusions. You have no right to put what you believe is best for foreign refugees ahead of what is best for me and my family. Neither does that traitor Obama. His job is to protect us, not Syrians. Somebody needs to remind him of that.

Hey, I’ve got a great idea. There’s a bunch of people completely convinced their jealous God insists they shoot, knife, bomb, or behead any other God’s followers. And, if they can’t bring themselves to murder infidels (or Westernized daughters) they’ll be butchered as apostates.
Moslems can lie, rape, enslave, or murder in the most bloodthirsty and barbarous ways, behave like rabid dogs, murder women and children, and believe themselves to be righteous, pious, obedient Islamics – fighting to make the world a better place.
So, let’s welcome these insane bastards to the US, give them food stamps, and encourage them to practice their religion here. What say, Perry?

Some radicals apparently got hold of her and brainwashed her. I feel sorry for her. Some of the 9/11 plotters were not very devout Muslims when they were living in Saudi Arabia, then became radicalized in Germany.
Gerald A (949d7d) — 11/20/2015 @ 7:38 am62% of these “refugees” are men of military age. There’s a reason they’re doing this.
Obama’s feckless combination of action and inaction is one of the contributors to this horsesh*t
Colonel Haiku (017cc0) — 11/20/2015 @ 8:12 amSome of the 9/11 plotters were not very devout Muslims when they were living in Saudi Arabia, then became radicalized in Germany.
Just like government. IN the throng of Saudi Arabia, individuals can live a relatively Islam free life. When they are out on the island, the eyes of Islam fall upon them, all of a sudden they have to develop all sorts of obnoxious outward signs of fidelity, or face life and death consequences.
papertiger (c2d6da) — 11/20/2015 @ 8:29 amZero, huh?
If you haven’t figured out this guy’s schtick, he apparently is a brain dead leftist who just repeats their idiotic talking points.
He’s not very bright, clearly. He’s not bright enough to know that the Tsarnaev family were refugees. Perhaps he’s confused by big words and numbers. The Tsarnaev family came to the US on tourist visas in 2002. 2002 is “since 9/11,” but nobody tell DavidWilson.
Once here the family sought asylum. Perhaps the people who think for DavidWilson think there is somehow a difference between a refugee and an asylum seeker. Shhh, nobody tell DavidWilson, but there isn’t. A refugee is someone who seeks asylum in a safe refuge.
See, it’s good that the leftists have Obama out there insulting our intelligence by calling us “fraidy cats” and DavidWilson insulting our intelligence by repeating made-up stats that anyone who hasn’t spent the past ten years on crack can see through in a second.
Did you know that the WH lost Democratic support after they briefed House Democrats on their “extensive” vetting procedures for Syrian refugees? Because it’s all a load of crap. Apparently the WH and DNC think as long as they keep repeating the word “vetting” combined with adverbs like “robust” or “extensive” we’ll somehow fall into a trance and forget that it’s impossible to vet people against non-existent databases and paper records in a failed state mired in a civil war. Like all the professionals keep reminding us.
Only in-the-tank hacks like David Rhodes and DavidWilson are willing to engage in this nonsense.
Then there’s Hillary! who thinks it’s clever to accuse Republicans of somehow aiding ISIS by talking about radical Islamic terrorists. The Lioness of Tuszla (Lyin’ @ss?) and heroine of Benghazi of the fabricated video narrative libsplains to us that terrorists shouting “Allahu Akhbar” and who are offended by cartoons of the prophet of Islam have nothing to do with Islam, and we somehow insult potential allies by connecting terrorism with Islam.
What is the clever Hillary!’s preferred formulation? We are at war with “radical Jihadists.”
Bravo, Hillary! Bravo! And what is a jihadist? There is only one definition. A Muslim who wages Islamic holy war. Yeah, our “potential allies” in the Islamic world will never conclude Hillary! is connecting terrorism with Islam when she connects terrorists with Muslims performing what is in fact the greatest religious obligation Islam places on its adherents.
Imagine if you will it is 8 December 1941 and the fires are still burning at Pearl Harbor. For some reason the same disease that afflicts the DavidWilsons among us today afflicted Americans then. We can’t wage war on Japan because we don’t want to offend the Japanese. So we need to invent euphemistic terms to describe how we’re only at war with a narrow segment of Japanese society. FDR comes up with “Japanese military extremists.” 1941 Hillary! says, oh noes, you are insulting potential allies by connecting these extremists to a larger society that is peaceful and tolerant and had nothing to do with the raid on Pearl Harbor.
We must not connect the attack to Japan. Instead, we are at war with “radical Bushido.”
DavidWilson applauds the genius of it all.
In any case, we need to encourage the condescending brain dead left to keep insulting us.
DavidWilson, keep vomiting up those leftist talking points with their laughable fake statistics. Never engage your brain, just pass them along breathlessly as you have been doing.
You’re doing your part to ensure that no one with two brain cells to rub together will vote Democrat next November. That’s why the Obama admin lost support among House Democrats after the briefing. The WH is just nuts, and some Democrats still have survival instincts.
The good news, DavidWilson, is that some Americans don’t have such common sense. I believe around seven percent. You have that going for you.

But what you are overlooking is that they are too tough when it comes to immigrant screening, being unable to approve in a timely manner former Iraqi interpreters for U.S. soldiers. Stupid, yes. Not tough enough, no.
The point is that cover as a refugee is extremely thin cover, because a refugee has to have a failry detailed non-ISIS story, and it isn’t the only tactic ISIS can try, and that the quarantine period, to which is added the uncertainty of ever being approved and even of entering the process, almost absolutely guarantees there won’t be any ISIS terrorists among them.
Sammy Finkelman (643dcd) — 11/20/2015 @ 8:55 amSteve57:
The Tsarnaev brothers were not terrorists at the time they came to the United States. (Tamerlan Tsarnaev was not a sleeper agent.)
They were recruited as terrorists years later, or rather Tamerlan was, and to become a terrorist Tamerlan Tsarnaev had to travel to Russia.
This also brings to mind that none of the screening they are talking about applies to people only visting the United States. And the asylum process for people already here is largely a joke. There really is no double-checking in such cases – they just check to see whether the story told is consistent with what they can learn on Wikipedia, but not that the story is true. This won’t change with the new legislation, which only applies to people being taken directly from refugee camps.
People in refugee camps, which is what Obaam is talking about, have their biographies checked and double checked so much that the they cann never get to yes.
Obama’s own numbers:
The number of Syrian refugees UNHCR has referred to the U.S. Refugees Admission Program: 23,092
The number of Syrians the Department of Homeland Security has interviewed since FY 2011: 7,014.
The number of Syrian refugees who have been admitted since FY 2011: 2,034.
The number of Syrian refugees resettled in the U.S. that have been arrested or removed on terrorism charges: 0
Obama does want to raise that number, but the process intrinnsically prevents terorists from using that.
Sammy Finkelman (643dcd) — 11/20/2015 @ 9:07 amBless your heart, Sammy.
And, DavidWilson, take a lesson as Sammy is giving you all the help you can expect to get.
Does everyone see the bait-and-switch? You see, I’m not saying the 14% of Syrian refugees that have positive opinions of ISIS are terrorists NOW.
http://english.dohainstitute.org/file/Get/40ebdf12-8960-4d18-8088-7c8a077e522e
Just that they’re refugees NOW. Like Dzhokar and Tamerlan once were. And they have a positive view of ISIS, and are therefore fertile recruiting ground to become terrorists. As Dzhokar and Tamerlan later did.
“I’m tired, boss, of hitting myself in the face with the shovel of stupid.”
