Hillary Clinton’s Yoga Emails Come Back To Bite Her

Finally:

Hillary Clinton has instructed her attorney to hand over her private email server and a thumb drive of all her work-related emails to the Justice Department in an effort to blunt an expanding probe into the use of a private email account. Clinton “directed her team to give her email server that was used during her tenure as secretary to the Department of Justice, as well as a thumb drive containing copies of her emails already provided to the State Department,” her spokesman, Nick Merrill, told CNN early Tuesday evening. “She pledged to cooperate with the government’s security inquiry, and if there are more questions, we will continue to address them.” Merril said in the meantime, Clinton’s team “has worked with the State Department to ensure her emails are stored in a safe and secure manner.”

About those yoga emails? Well, there’s a bit of a problem:

[T]here’s the issue of Clinton having four classified emails on her server (despite not being marked as such), which led to a Department of Justice referral dealing with the potential compromise of classified information.

Well, as it turns out, two of them weren’t just supposed to be classified, they were top secret:

As a reminder, a few months ago, top intelligence official, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, offered this warning about Clinton’s email on Fox News:

“As a military officer, if I said I was doing something for convenience’s sake to the soldiers that I was leading and it was solely for my convenience instead of their, you know, their welfare, I should be relieved of duty. I would expect to be fired,” Flynn said. “You know, it’s one of those things where if it doesn’t feel good it probably isn’t. And this one doesn’t feel good to me.”

Kelly asked, “What do you think the odds are that the Chinese, the Russians hacked into that server and her e-mail account?”

“Very high,” Flynn said without hesitation. “Likely.”

“Really?”

“Yep. Likely. They’re very good at it. China, Russia, Iran, potentially the North Koreans. And other countries who may be ‘our allies’ because they can.”

Who could possibly trust our national security to a woman who has used such bad judgement and treated her high-ranking position, top secret material and the American people with such a cavalier and dismissive attitude?

Hillary Clinton Outraged Over The Outrageousness Of Republican Men

Filed under: General — Dana @ 6:06 pm

[guest post by Dana]

Hillary Clinton was outraged yesterday. The patron saint of women voiced her disgust at Trump’s post-debate comments about Megyn Kelly, and she also included in her criticism the candidates who stood on the debate stage with Trump because all Republican men are awful:

“While what Donald Trump said about Megyn Kelly is outrageous, what the rest of the Republicans are saying about all women is also outrageous.”

“I thought what he said was offensive, and I certainly think that it determines the kind of reaction that it’s getting from so many others.

“But I think if we focus on that, we’re making a mistake,” she said. “What a lot of the men on that stage in that debate said was offensive.”

The Republicans get to choose their nominee and they will have to make that decision, but … when one of their major candidates, a much younger man, the senator from Florida, says there should be no exception for rape and incest, that is as offensive and as troubling a comment as you can hear from a major candidate running for the presidency,” Clinton said. “So the language may be more colorful and more offensive, but the thinking, the attitude toward women, is very much the same.”

Clearly, Clinton, who makes no bones about running as a woman, knows the numbers and hoped to begin regaining some lost ground with white women voters.

Apparently, Clinton didn’t hear Trump declare his love for all women, including her:

I cherish women. I want to help women. I’m going to be able to do things for women that no other candidate would be able to do, and it’s very important to me.”

Trump, the man who is going to do things for women that no other man in the running could possibly do… Oh, be still, the beating heart of American women everywhere!
