Well, I’m a gringo but I do cook up some pretty fantastic Mexican food, if I do say so myself. It’s like the most culturally-inclusive food ever. Or wait, maybe I am misappropriating a culture to which I have no right. I’ll have to go over to the Latin@ Studies Department at my nearest university and ask them for guidance. But I’m afraid they’ll tell me I have to stick to Chipotle, even though I wouldn’t be caught dead in there.
