She doesn’t look like the type of person who would snap a pic without some preamble, because that would be rude.

There’s a pause as Clinton sizes her up before he answers “Sure.”

What this picture says to me is she ambushed him with a quick snap.

Remember back when John Kerry thought it was a good idea to duck reporters in the middle of a presidential campaign, rather then answer questions about what those Swift Boat Vets were saying .
About right then Bill Clinton was supposed to come on board and pull some of those close states back over to the democrats.
Instead he had his heart attack.
The conservative side announced the news with a sentiment, wishing Bill a speedy recovery.
The liberal side announced it in the context of the impact it would have on Kerry’s presidential run.

It’s just amazing to me that it’s still the same. We’re over here poking fun at the guy but still worrying more for his health.
