Their view forces them to always be upset that the government isn’t saving the day on the next big issue. Adopt every plank of the democrat party’s platform and they do not become status quo conservative. They just adopt a completely full set of issues that Must Be Fixed By The Government.

They believe the world is perfectable, and will not settle for anything less. Never mind that their “perfect” is not mine (my view will have to be silenced), and never mind that perfection is an impossibility.

AG80, #24. I’m not here to brag or be a pest. I’m here to learn and maybe teach a little. There’s always two sides of a story. I’m here because many of you are very intelligent. I’ve also witnessed a sophisticated sense of humor here at times too that I appreciate.
I used to comment here often, but then got burned out on putting every event under the microscope every day and all of the contentiousness.
What do I want? A better political system. There’s room for improvement for both the dems and GOP. I don’t completely agree with either side.

You always offer such an entertaining low-brow water cooler analysis.

Here we’re talking about a specific incident of violence perpetrated by left wing union thugs that is on videotape for all to see, and your reaction is not to condemn your fellow Fred Flintstone union blockhead, but rather your knee-jerk reaction is to make a moral equivalence about it, saying that nobody is an angel.

Well, Steven Crowder is one of the nicest dudes you could meet, but even so, whether he’s an angel or he isn’t does not give a license to a chubby middle-aged Pabst Blue Ribbon-drinking yahoo who works on an assembly line to throw a sucker punch at the head of Steven Crowder.
In the civilized world, we refer to that as “assault.”

On the other hand, we do realize that for an old Alinskyite such as yourself, this type of union thug intimidation and violence is pornographic in its excitement value for your fluttering little heart.
