Occupy Unmasked Only $14.99 at Amazon — And Is In Theaters Now!

Filed under: General — Patterico @ 2:14 pm

The “Occupy Unmasked” DVD is just $14.99 at Amazon. Not sure how long that will last.

If you already pre-ordered it, like I did, you’re covered by Amazon’s pre-order price guarantee. I expected to pay over $25 when I ordered it, and now I will be getting it for $15. Life is good.

It’s currently the top-selling documentary on Amazon.

I saw it last night along with people whose names will remain private to protect the innocent. I think we all enjoyed it, and while it’s not perfect by any means, it was eye-opening and interesting. Also, it was fun to see Andrew again, and to see other people I have come to know on the screen, like Mandy Nagy, Brandon Darby, and Lee Stranahan. Plus, after the movie, Christian Hartsock (who also appears in the film) strolled by the group I was with, and came over to talk for ten minutes or so — and embarrassed me by saying all kinds of nice things about the blog.

I’ll try to have a more complete review soon, but for now I will simply say that it’s well worth seeing.

Buy it on DVD by clicking below and I’ll get a small cut.

P.S. You guys are doing great on using the Amazon search box to the right. Special thanks to whoever ordered a nice camera recently.

  1. I think I dont have to watch this to understand and know that the entire occupy movement was a violent destructive fraud to begin with.

  2. C’mon people, whip out those credit cards. It’s really important to put our money where our mouths are by supporting those who risk the capital to produce films such as this.
The more money it makes, the more likely that future films will get financing.

  3. What E Stone said.

We want this film to be successful. And be all accounts, it’s worth the watch.

  6. HOUSTON OFFICER KILLS DOUBLE AMPUTEE IN WHEELCHAIR

HOUSTON (AP) – A Houston police officer shot and killed a one-armed, one-legged man in a wheelchair Saturday inside a group home after police say the double amputee threatened the officer and aggressively waved a metal object that turned out to be a pen.

  8. Icy,

Up here in Chicago, we have a cop who killed his fifth victim because he thought the victim’s cell phone was a gun.

(The cop has a Hispanic surname and so does the State’s Attorney. The victim was black. Not that I’m implying anything.)

A cop, here, was just convicted for the murder of one his three dead wives.

Police work, like politics, requires the best and attracts the worst.

But shooting a cripple, in a wheelchair, for brandishing a pen? How yellow can blue get?

  9. From a 2010 Houston Chronicle story:
Police Chief Charles McClelland, in a statement released last week, said the use of Tasers had not only reduced injuries to HPD officers but lowered the number of instances in which officers used deadly force to subdue suspects.

    – Which begs the questions: Did the officer in this case have a Taser? and: If so, why didn’t he use it?

  11. I saw Occupy Unmasked Friday night. Amazing. And more proof that the media is nothing more than a propaganda arm of the Obama Administration and all liberals. I had seen a lot of the footage through alternative media so it wasnt a surprise to me. if the general population was shown these images they would be appalled, but then that is exactly why those images haven’t been shown.

The HPD shot a 14 year old boy who ranout of his house with a toy hammer – shot him 11 times.

  14. “…but then that is exactly why those images haven’t been shown.”

That and the fact that nearly everything with Breitbart’s fingerprints on them is VERY likely to be a fabrication.

The guy was a pathological liar and crank and the world is better off without him. MUCH.

    Comment by True American (3d5492) — 9/23/2012 @ 9:52 am

  15. Untrue American,

You’re angry at Breitbart because he was so effective at exposing the lies and malice perpetrated by the left. Even after his passing, the influence of Breitbart continues.

By the way, rather than spending your Sunday pounding away on your keyboard in your Aunt Martha’s basement, why don’t you go serve your community. Volunteer your time. I imagine you could find a disadvantaged youth who needs homework assistance, or you could find an elderly person who needs a little work done around the house.

Instead of waiting for the government to implement a program to accomplish those tasks, why don’t you go out and be “the change” that you “hope” for.

Don’t wait for someone else to do it—go do it yourself.

  16. *ignoring pathetic troll*

    Icy,
Doesn’t it make you feel all warm and tingly when you find out that Brian Terry’s fellow agents were told to run, hide, and worst case scenario, throw rocks or use bean bags in the face of fully automatic weapons the day he was murdered?

You have a better chance of surviving drug muling across the border than you do being a double amputee with a damn pen…

  17. I wish I could ID this noxious vile troll. I suspect it is a variation of Tillman, but regardless, it’s hatred so clearly displayed is quite enlightening.

  18. JD, the vile troll illustrates the corrupt character of the left well.

  19. Since Breidbart was such a liar, it’s strange that they can’t identify any lies he actually told, and are reduced to making them up.
