2. I suspect that yes it is those two under-age girls that he is speaking of. but that said, given his proclivities, it is entirely possible that there are other under age girls out there as well so never say never.

3. The question Lauer asked, which to paraphrase was “did you ever think twice about the fact that putting the pictures out there might ruin Rep Weiner’s career?” was just, well, bizarre. Did it not occur to Lauer that it was Weiner himself sending the pics that was the career ending event here?

4. Elissa, that reminds me of the hatred thrown at Linda Tripp for the choices of Bill Clinton.

   Matt Lauer probably has no idea what he’s saying. These people decide who they want to attack, and then hold the responsible for anything that happens around them. This is a big reason why Breitbart is blamed for things that people did with his journalism. Obama fires Sherrod… and somehow that’s Breitbart’s fault when he simply presented the truth. That kind of thing.

   They take great pains to ask very confined questions and look at stories from predetermined angles, instead of simply holding people accountable for their individual choices.
