ObamaCare promised to expand health care without busting the budget. To do that, health care legislation omitted the so-called Doc Fix that prevents doctors from being hit with scheduled Medicare cuts. Just three months later, Doc Fix is back.
I guess this means the ObamaCare budget is officially busted.

The brazenness of that statement about the Doc Fix is just astonishing.
Meanwhile, the Democrats are refusing to even bring a budget bill to the floor of the House.

“replaces what would have been a 21% cut to doctors who treat Medicaid patients with a 2.2% increase” This is like something out of Orwell or Sartre. This is f’n nuts.

He made a huge issue about this particular aspect of the Dems cooking the books during the Healthcare “summit”. And the congressional budget office knew full well about this when they were scoring the bills but could do nothing about it because they are only allowed to rate what they are given–not what they knew would actually happen.
