“over the hill” or just down one side of it?
/grunt humor

I wonder how long it will be before the bureaucrats close that site ? There has been a death there every month or two. My daughter was there in September and a woman fell the same day.

A lot of people have died in the Grand Canyon. When are they going to close it?

Angels landing is pretty cool.
Lots of exposure on two sides and then suddenly on three.
Passing scared, husky people on that slick chain who are not real coordinated is scarier than the idea of the drop

Been to Angels Landing.
Spectacular hike, but a horrendous place to get a case of vertigo or sudden fear of heights.

When I first saw this I thought the humor/irony was from the juxtaposition of “over the hill” with the Los Angeles Times.

@VG, me too!
Only after dropping down the page and seeing the headline did the true grossness of the juxtaposition reveal itself.
Speaking of closing sites, any for the LAT?
