Iowahawk is a national treasure.
if i didn’t think he’d turn the White House into a Hooters and the National Mall into a trailer park i’d say vote for him for President in 2012….
but come to think of it, that would be an improvement over the current administration, and might even help balance the budget. %-)
redc1c4 (fb8750) — 11/10/2009 @ 5:39 pmThe MSM has been predictable thus far, which still does not make it any less remarkable.
JD (c40e14) — 11/10/2009 @ 5:49 pmredc1c4 – I agree that Iowahawk is a National Treasure, worthy of capitalization and everything.
I disagree about the trailer park, though. I think he’d turn the Nat. Mall into a figure 8 raceway for politicians who overstay their welcome. I’d pay to see that.
Vivian Louise (643333) — 11/10/2009 @ 5:59 pmI can’t figure out if the headlines are real or satire.
They must be satire because there are no links to the actual stories.
Then again they read exactly as one expects from these news outlets.
At least Anita Dunn considers all of them real news organizations.

Seinfeld-mode on : Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
Travis Monitor (e991bc) — 11/10/2009 @ 7:50 pmIowahawk is not funny. He just gave you twelve blurbs which make the same point over and over again. It’s lame.
The fact that two of you called him a national treasure is revealing, though. Remember, at one time, Charles Kuralt, Garrison Keillor, and Russell Baker were “national treasures.” That means they had the reputation for being funny or witty when they were not.
Official Internet Data Office (967528) — 11/10/2009 @ 7:52 pmI was amused. Hey. She’s cute like a little bunny almost, no? I think Denmarkland looks like a place I’d like to go someday.
happyfeet (b919e7) — 11/10/2009 @ 7:57 pmHA HA HA! EmoAid.
Gina (4770c7) — 11/10/2009 @ 8:13 pm#6 OIDO- Sounds like most people find Iowahawk to be funny. Maybe the problem is you?
Chuck Roast (3a6195) — 11/10/2009 @ 8:14 pmPerhaps OIDO had a bad day. It was definitely funny even if it was pertaining to a horrible terrorist. Yes, terrorist.
PatAZ (9d1bb3) — 11/10/2009 @ 8:21 pmIt’s funny, because it is absurd, but not quite enough to keep up with reality.Monty Python was satire, now it can’t even come close to reality. I don’t think you could have imagined Matthews saying there is no big problem in trying to contact AQ. That will be his last words when the flash hits Ft. Lee NJ
bishop (4e0dda) — 11/10/2009 @ 8:31 pmErr….I believe OIDO was being sarcastic…Check his link. Perhpas I’m wrong.
Either way, Iowahawk and Palin 2012? I like it.
Audacity (2fd5ad) — 11/11/2009 @ 12:26 pmI gotta say, I snickered a little at the “Gun goes on rampage in Texas” one, but I didn’t laugh out loud until I hit the NYT one.
That one, of course, was brilliant satire and made the entire piece.
