1. Amazing photos. No wonder the air is so crappy in town.

   Is that you in your backyard? You’re under-watering that Bougainvillea. Also, there’s a frisbee on the roof.

2. Just a suggestion. Chances are you’re sourcing these images from NASA or NOAA. Might want to consider crediting the appropriate source for services– and images– rendered. They may have higher rez images on their home sites.

   The frisbee is near the chimney.

5. From time to time, we are getting heavy smoke in Las Vegas, which is about 225 miles away from downtown LA.

6. Here is a time-lapse high definition video of the smoke from one of the fires creating cumulo-nimbus clouds. An interesting counterpoint to the space images.
