I haven't had time to do this but I am coming to the reluctant conclusion that Gibson is no better then the others. I suspect that Stephanopolis, being more savvy politically, would have done a better job. GIbson, apparently, is even worse in the unedited tape.

It’s a good thing for ABC that Sarbanes-Oxley isn’t being applied to journalism…..yet. If it were, Mr. Gibson would definitely be facing some jail time for his performance in this interview.

#17, cboldt, yes, I know many Dems claim MSM favors the GOP. Usually, the rational consists of pointing to corporate ownership of media organizations and insisting that corporations are both evil and controlled by super rich Republicans, which, of course, proves MSM is in the tank for the forces of repression.

To the uninformed, the Dem position is unassailable, so long as you don’t think, read the papers, or watch TV. But, the Left’s true-believers aren’t going to let something as insignificient as actual evidence get in the way of their historically inevitable grand march into the currently approved illusion of a utopian worker’s paradise.

Perhaps you are right, Amphipolis.

Perhaps for ABC/Gibson, the salient point is that Palin believes there is a God, and that he has a side.

Perhpas that stuggle to be on the side of God is less of an issue than a belief, in our enlightened age, in Providence existing at all.
