Did you hear them boo Obama at his convention speech when he mentioned Bush? Did CNN tell you Obama was booed at his convention speech? Sure you did, and of course not.

You forgot to add the part about how the mention of the word "Bush" that invoked the booing, arose because what everyone is really thinking *but too afraid to ask* is the following:

Whatever did Bush do to make the Hurricane Gods in the Heavens so angry they brought down Katrina II on one Presidential Administration? It is historic.

In Bush's defense, however, being that I am a Republican, I have to say, Secretary Chertoff looks positively dashing in his Gustav role, even friendly enough if he were still a Circuit Judge one might even have ventured fearlessly into his Courthouse for ptotection from those big bad Hurricanes.

This time, Chertoff really has it under control. Looks better than Jeb Bush's Saturday Hurricane warning speeches with the sign language interpreter, almost better than sending the action-Hero Superman into the center of the Hurricane to stop it single-handedly before it reaches New Orleans -- why the Chertoff-Gustav duo even managed to practically stop the Republican Convention!

Impressive.

Palin comes not to bury Hillary, but to praise her.

Exactly -- Palin wants to hijack Hillary's "I am Woman Hear Me Roar!" mantra, the anti-disabled AMericans platform.

That's why it is such a flop.

Hearing it on the radio, it sounded like there were some cheers and applause as well. Not saying GOP loyalists like Hillary, but rather that the boos weren't the only reaction, and that some in the crowd had the sense to have the politic reaction.

We were there yesterday (I'm still recovering from the drive), and CNN reported correctly. I thought it tasteless and inappropriate.

They weren’t booing Palin, they were booing Shrillary’s name, it’s the worst dirty word in the english language to a lot of people.
Yup, I'll go along with that.

NOW

I didn't know they still used that acronym. I thought they took the advice of the most successful talk radio host in history and rebranded themselves as NAG - the National Association of Gals
