Nostalgia at the Washington Post

The Washington Post said tonight’s debate was between Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. Powerline has the screengrab.

They corrected it, though. After the correction, it said that it was between Bill Clinton, John Edwards, and Barack Obama. Tully has the screengrab.

  1. Reminds me of when news anchors would every so often slip up and say “Watergate” when reporting on Hillary’s Whitewater scandal.

  2. Frankly, i don’t think even Bill would have won in Iowa. We all sort of understand that they weren’t doing their job from 92-00. You might agre with Clinton’s politics, but damn did they leave a mess. Saddam (only compared with ’91 saddam), Kim Jun Il, Osama, all gained power during the Clinton admin.

We got a lot of self congratulation from them, but we didn’t get anything that helped our country. Huge recession and rampant terror. Thanks!

The media portrayed Hillary as part of this unstoppable popular force, just as they portray Bill as the most popular prez ever. It’s a load of crap.

  4. Looks like the WASHINGTON COMPOST is loking back to the bad old days of the 90s
