Yagman Denied Bail Pending Appeal
Stephen Yagman was denied bail pending appeal today. This development was reported in the San Jose Mercury News.
I don’t know if it was also reported in Yagman’s hometown Los Angeles Times. I can’t read their site from a mobile phone. I’ll let you know later whether they decide to report on this.
UPDATE: There is an “in brief” item about it here.

You think it has dawned on Yagman that his appeal lost its luster suddenly?

I don’t see anything at the LA Times’ website on Yagman subsequent to the articles on his sentencing in late November.

Nothing quite like the pending shower/soap challenges of a new recruit to hotel bar, now is there.
Love seeing an attorney where he belongs, IMHO, there are way too many still allowed to roam free on the streets.

Now, now, TC, that’s not nice.

Perhaps the LAT has decided to taper-off on their addiction to Yagman? Just don’t have the guts to go “cold-turkey”.

Correct SPOR, was not intended to be a nice observation, crime and punishment is somewhere between a hell hole an an ass hole right?
But this feller is currently where he belongs, and should be joined by oh so many others of his ilk.
