Beldar Ruminates on Huckabee’s Foreign Policy Platform
[Guest post by DRJ]
I’ve missed Beldar’s posts while he’s taking a blogging sabbatical and I’m sure others have, too. Today he posted an analysis of Huckabee’s kumbaya foreign policy platform.
He is not impressed.

I’m not either. Mostly, I believe he granted clemency a huge number of times because that’s what he thinks Jesus would have done and I fear if nuclear missiles were inbound (or there was a reason to proactively use nuclear weapons — which is certainly allowed for under U.S. nuclear doctrine) he would be unable to due to his beliefs. I make that point in a few places, including Beldar’s comment section.
