Hillary’s a “leftist?”
blah (fb88b3) — 12/13/2007 @ 6:59 pmC’mon Pat, Grow up.
What’s the matter, blah? No links to irrelevant topics? Are you disputing that Hillary’s staff is out Gleenwalding blogs ?
JD (d660a2) — 12/13/2007 @ 7:04 pmLet’s see:
Hillary’s people circulate a nasty email message attempting to tie Obama to radical Islamists and she says that it isn’t authorized and she disavows it.
Hillary’s people plant questions in a crowd of college students at a campaign event and she says that it isn’t authorized and she disavows it.
Hillary’s big-time fundraiser illegally bundles campaign contributions and reimburses some of the alleged donors and she says that it isn’t authorized and she disavows it.
Hillary’s lead guy in New Hampshire tells reporters and Democrat honchos that Obama’s past drug use will be a major issue that will come back to haunt him and she says that it isn’t authorized and she disavows it.
Hillary’s campaign staff creates sock puppets to try and convince blog readers to surf over to her campaign diary and she says that it isn’t authorized and she disavows it.
Is it just me, or is a really interesting pattern forming?
JVW (477e5a) — 12/13/2007 @ 7:13 pmBut, how can the smartest woman in the world be such a slimey, lying, back-stabbing, conniving POS?
Oh, wait a minute, she’s married to Bill.
Another Drew (758608) — 12/13/2007 @ 7:35 pm“Oh, wait a minute, she’s married to Bill.”
And I thought for a minute you were going to say she was married to Karl Rove
blah (fb88b3) — 12/13/2007 @ 8:04 pmMultiple users from one IP address? This is just an extension of Democrat’s policy of one man, many votes (if you are a Democrat).
Perfect Sense (b6ec8c) — 12/13/2007 @ 8:23 pmbecause republicans would never stoop to anything like this.
assistant devil's advocant (693fde) — 12/13/2007 @ 9:55 pmThis is all nothing, wait until Hillary loses either Iowa or New Hampshire, and watch the real backstabbing begin in earnest.
SPQR (26be8b) — 12/13/2007 @ 10:00 pmIt would have been a lot funnier if the IP address was for a cemetary….
Steverino (af57bc) — 12/13/2007 @ 10:32 pm“because republicans would never stoop to anything like this.”
They’ve done far worse:
New Hampshire Phone Jamming Scandal.
And here’s a history of Karl Rove
And it’s not like anyone’s topped “Mary Rosh” for sock puppetry.
blah (fb88b3) — 12/13/2007 @ 10:39 pmYou folks are missing all the fun; you should be reading the comments over at Blue Hampshire where they are agonizing about potential loss of credibility if they are invaded and can be manipulated by sock puppets. Right now I’d say that these low level staffer sock puppet types are sort of like the probing of skirmishers before a full blown attack on Blue Hampshire–but Blue Hampshire will be road kill collateral damage when an enraged Hildebeast really unleashes the “politics of personal destruction” –which she’ll do if the loses in Iowa and New Hampshire. The use of skirmisher sock puppets is all part of what John Dean and Richard Nixon (before Al Gore invented the Internet) called “plausible deniability”.
It ain’t going to be pretty if Ms. Hillary sets out to show the world just what she can do when she’s ticked off. She detected a “vast right wing conspiracy” which was “engaged in the politics of personal destruction”. Her track record shows that statement was simply projection on her part. When it comes to the politics of personal destruction Hillary is entirely capable of constituting an “Army of one”.
Mike Myers (31af82) — 12/13/2007 @ 10:42 pmAnd it’s not like anyone’s topped “Mary Rosh” for sock puppetry.
Oh, I think a few people might disagree. People like Mikekoshi, Nofanofcablecos, Thomas Ellers, Rick Ellensburg, Ellison, Wilson, and sprezzatura — just to name a few (three, to be exact).
Patterico (faeccf) — 12/13/2007 @ 11:08 pmAnd it’s not like anyone’s topped “Mary Rosh” for sock puppetry.
blah, who are you trying to kid?
You do realize that our host is the blogosphere’s top expert on the subject?
Paul (2ca51d) — 12/14/2007 @ 2:27 amHillarious would never stoop to such decisiveness.
Too bad Vince F. can’t be reached for comment!
Apparently he died just cuz he and the now big lady used to enjoy some carnal comfort now and again. Not that I blame her one bit for seeking something real, but daaum woman!
Now that is a whole new chapter in CYA technology!
TC (1cf350) — 12/14/2007 @ 2:48 amSPQR, Hillary IS LOSING Iowa! I see 15 to one ratio of Obama signs to Hillary signs in Dubuque, and the Hillary supporters are the really out there Socialists that people are both sick of and ignore.
PCD (09d6a8) — 12/14/2007 @ 5:13 amHas there ever been a commenter whose chosen handle so succinctly reflects the appropriate reaction to his posts as “blah”?
Pablo (99243e) — 12/14/2007 @ 5:44 amHas there ever been a commenter whose chosen handle so succinctly reflects the appropriate reaction to his posts as “blah”?
blah would answer that by saying “Karl Rove!” but that’s only because that is how blah replies to most of the comments here.
JVW (477e5a) — 12/14/2007 @ 10:07 am“Is it just me, or is a really interesting pattern forming?”
“Interesting”? We saw it all during the Ozark Long March.
It’s really boring, man.
Billy Beck (0db0ae) — 12/14/2007 @ 11:54 amA good dose of antidote of tu quoque would shut blah up for all but 1% of his output.
SPQR (26be8b) — 12/14/2007 @ 1:54 pmHi the article is stunning.
Louis Vitton Bags (0b29dd) — 12/14/2007 @ 1:58 pmI like your site..
bye
I dunno. My guess — and it’s just a guess — is that if Hillary loses in both Iowa and New Hampshire, Bill’s going to step in — with her blessing — fire a lot of folks, and say, “Turn off the nastiness and deceptiveness. Now. It’s counterproductive.”
Joel Rosenberg (677e59) — 12/14/2007 @ 2:06 pmWhat is the name of the questioning tactic when you ask a question knowing it’ll be over ruled and striken-yet sticks in everyones head?
paul from fl (47918a) — 12/15/2007 @ 12:57 pmWell, whatever it is, Hillary seems quite adept at using it in this arena! And the best part of her move is she’s the one ‘overruling’ it!
disavowed my patootie
yeeeeeesh
#22…
Another Drew (a28ef4) — 12/15/2007 @ 1:04 pmIn politics, that is Push-Polling.
