But seriously folks, even though I’m generally in favor of strictly enforcing the terms of probation, this seems to be a bit much. (Though, at the same time, I can also understand where the ex-husband’s feelings are coming from.)

I’d almost bet the X had a great deal involved with the design of this particular action against your girlfriend.
There is a line of enforcing probation and then forcing one into total isolation from the human race as well.
Probation is not isolation, that is what is called solitary confinement. I don’t think that was her sentence.
Zero tolerance only works when YOU are willing to cast the first stone, PERSONALLY and in PUBLIC!

She got the job; the probation officer was OK with it. The PO changed his mind, so she quit the job. Problem solved. To come back later and smack her again is gratuitous and malicious.
Parole and probation are not tools to be used for continued vengeance.

A 14 year old boy will not be as traumatized by being screwed by a hot, hot, hot teacher as a 14 year old girl will be by being manipulated or taken advantage of an older male authority figure.
He was certainly not raped. Woodies only happen to the willing. He could not get pregnant from it. I doubt she could have held him down, as if he needed to be held down.
He may take a while before he realizes that not ALL women are tramps, but unlike the girl, he will not feel like a whore, feel guilt, feel afraid, feel guilty or feel particularly used (remember, this is a teenage boy, he enjoyed being used by her as much as I would). He is probably much less likely to turn gay or completely reject women, as compared to the likelihood of a girl screwed by a teacher rejecting men or turning lesbian.
All in all, she abused her authority in the same way as a President nailing an intern abused his. She should lose her job and license.
