  2. I’m going to have to spend some time thinking about this one, but I think one could create a good federal preemption argument on this silly idea of a postmortem right of publicity.

  3. DRJ – You are so right. In general, most of the laws here in Indiana are fairly straightforward, and fairly conservative.
