I consider myself even-tempered but, if true, this Haditha article by Michelle Malkin really ticks me off. I”m not even going to summarize it. Read it for yourselves.

  1. I can’t find the answer but just how many documents were there that were released? How long to declassify some, if any?

One of the reasons I don’t care for Malkin is how she postures herself as the counter balance to the MSM distortions but relies on others to discover discrepancies such as this. Then she jumps on the story and injects her spin. The documents have been out there for awhile now and no one else got around to reading them.

This is one of the fallacies about the blogosphere bringing more truth to the forefront. Either the bloggers are going to step up and do the drudge work required to discover the missing facts or they need to quit claiming that they are a viable alternative to the network and wire news.

  3. VOR,

    Based on this excerpt:

“The report – apparently overlooked by a Washington press corps awash in leaked Bargewell documents and secret Naval Criminal Investigative Service reports …”

It sounds to me like the documents weren’t released to the public but they may have been leaked to the press. Maybe some of the documents, maybe all, maybe none. I don’t know.
