Erwin Chemerinsky Will Only Be Giving One Interview Regarding His New Job As Dean Of The New Law School At UC Irvine
[posted by Justin Levine]
It will happen at 7:30 PST on Tuesday morning (9/18).
Want to take a guess as to which program it will be on?…

Shameless self-promotion.
I love it.

Congratulations! That is excellent news, and no doubt it will make excellent news.

My first thought was Hugh Hewitt, but then I realized he’s not a local guy. Handel was immediately my second choice.
Hope Erwin & Eastman keep their discussions going with Hugh. “The Smart Guys” is a favorite of mine, even though Eastman beats the pants off of Erwin regularly.
And I appreciate Eastman’s support of Erwin’s competition in local law schooling–will make both institutions better. That’s class, and confidence.

Should be good. I like a hired/fired/rehired guy with a sense of humor.
Maybe he’ll announce his resignation?

Hate to burst your bubble, but he will be talking with Hugh Hewitt also on Wednesday.
He is a regular on Hewitt’s show, however.

It’s interesting that both liberals and conservatives raised a major stink about this case. UC Irvine is a major hot bed of Islamofascist students and they go after every Jew they can with impunity. That dean is a gutless bum.

Wait, is he Dean yet?
In any case, Handel was good this morning. More cross-partisan dialogue should be like their discussion.

Oh well. I guess principle wins out this time. Even if he is creepy, he still shouldn’t fet flushed n’ all.

I think Howard was refering to the Chancellor.

Ken –
Based on what he told the Handel staff, I guess that would make another misstatement from the Professor then.
